For French Continental team Van Rysel Roubaix, being very active in the first races of the French calendar resulted to a huge victory. In 2025 they did not take a single win, and at the Tour de la Provence they have claimed victory with Arnaud Tendon, who won the stage after a breakaway just holding off the peloton. The fast Swiss Tendon holds a five-second GC lead over Mattias Blais heading into stage 2 of the three-day race, while Luke Lamperti is third overall at. 11 seconds down.
