Strathmore Leos have named their matchday squad for the upcoming Kenya Cup fixture against Nakuru RFC set to be played at Nakuru Athletics Club on Saturday at 4:00 PM EAT.
The university side will be led by scrum-half Arnold Muita who captains the team from the base of the scrum and will partner fly-half Amon Wamalwa in the halfback pairing tasked with directing play and managing territory.
In the forwards, Raymond Chacha, Dennis Tubei, and Jack Angawa start in the front row, providing the platform in the scrums and breakdowns. They are supported by locks Thomas Opio and Stanslaus Shikoli, while the back row features Duke Odenyo, Samuel Wafula, and Dennis Mbilah who will look to bring physicality and energy around the park.
The Leos’ backline sees Collins Maina and Nahashon Mwangemi occupying the wings, with Morgan Ochiel and Elton Amalemba forming the midfield combination. Salim Owino slots in at fullback to complete the starting XV.
