Chuck Norris Dies: Family Confirms Walker, Texas Ranger Star’s Passing

Chuck Norris’ Sudden Health Episode

While Chuck Norris was 86 years old, the star was considered to still be in relatively good health. Some sources claim that they saw Chuck Norris working out within 24 hours of his death. Those close to him described his mood as “jovial.” Suffice to say, his loved ones were shocked to see his health suddenly decline on Wednesday.

Reports indicate that Chuck Norris entered a medical facility due to an emergency on March 19, 2026. Unfortunately, the Delta Force star would pass away later that day.

Chuck Norris is survived by his wife of almost 30 years, Gena O’Kelley, and his five children. It’s a hard time for the Norris family. His sons, Mike Norris and Eric Norris, also lost their mother, Dianne Holechek, last year at the age of 84. Dianne Holechek was described as Chuck Norris’ “high school sweetheart.”

Chuck Norris’ WWE History

Many WWE fans remember Walker, Texas Ranger fondly as the lead-in to Monday Night Raw on the USA Network during the 1990s. This bleedover led to a collaboration between the martial artist and WWE. WWE booked Chuck Norris to be a special enforcer for the Casket Match between Yokozuna and The Undertaker at Survivor Series 1994.

Earlier in the year, Yokozuna defeated The Undertaker in a Casket Match at the Royal Rumble. Many of the biggest heels in the company came out to attack Taker and assist Yoko in the victory. This ending caused the infamous resurrection of The Undertaker out of the Titantron.

When WWE booked this return bout, they hired Chuck Norris to keep order at ringside. Just like the Royal Rumble, the heels started to infiltrate the ringside in hopes of helping Yokozuna. However, special enforcer Chuck Norris would have none of that.

In his tight blue jeans, Chuck Norris hit a very low side kick to Jeff Jarrett. While the future WCW Champion took a huge tumble, he admittedly had to duck pretty low to ensure Chuck Norris’ kick hit the target.

Nonetheless, Chuck Norris served his purpose. He even kept giants like Bam Bam Bigelow and King Kong Bundy at bay! The WWE Universe and the world mourn today, as Chuck Norris dies. Rest in peace!
