International esports organization Team Liquid announced Monday the wrap-up campaign for its 25th anniversary celebrations, which includes the release of a new documentary, a brand new jersey, and a coffee table book.
The new coffee table book, “Behind the Blue,” officially launched on Jan. 30. It offers a “visual history of Team Liquid through photos, legacy graphics, and art.” Team Liquid claims that the book highlights the organization’s greatest triumphs and lowest moments from its 25 year history.
The coffee table book promises never-before-seen photography pulled from the archives of Team Liquid, stories and quotes about key eras in its history, and more. The book was put together by Team Liquid Senior Managing Editor & Associate Creative Director Austin Ryan, Lead Designer & Associate Creative Director Tiffany Peng, Senior Marketing Manager Emma Stier, and Global Creative Director Caio D’Aprile. More from the announcement:
“The book walks readers from the beginning of Team Liquid and the Korean StarCraft Brood War scene, all the way up to today. “
Also recently released, the 2026 pro-kit jersey, which features an old school historical logo and style, while highlighting the organization’s 25-year milestone. Both the coffee table book and the new jersey are available for sale on the Team Liquid online store. The 24- page hard-cover book is available for $75 USD. A special bundle with both the coffee table book and the new jersey is also on sale for $150.
Finally, Team Liquid has released a new documentary called “Origins: Team Liquid,” sponsored by long-time partner Alienware. The new documentary tells the story of the “organization’s humble beginnings, produced in collaboration with Alienware, their main sponsor for over a decade,” according to the announcement. Co-CEOs Victor Goossens and Steve Arhancet share their gaming origins, and their views on the role of Team Liquid within the history of esports.
“Origins: Team Liquid” released on January 31st on Team Liquid’s YouTube channel.
