Todd Radom, Ellen Lindner, and Brian Kong will be the featured guests as the Elysian Field Chapter celebrates “SABR Day” at the Muth Museum located in Hinchliffe Stadium in Paterson, NJ, on Saturday, February 7.
Radom, a former Bookshelf Conversation guest for Winning Ugly: A Visual History of Baseball’s Most Unique Uniforms, has a new one coming out in May: The Ballpark and Beyond: An Illustrated Celebration of Baseball’s Rich History.

Lindner is the author of Lost Diamonds, an ongoing history of people who are not men playing baseball in America.

Kong started his illustration career at Marvel Comics and might be most recognized for his work on the Walking Dead (sorry if that’s not correct; I don’t follow the comics much these days).

The SABR event begins at 10 a.m. There is a $10 suggested donation to attend (payable at the door) and reservations are required. Reserve your spot by calling (862) 385-1240, e-mailing muth-museum@montclair.edu, or by registering online.
