With the 2021 Masters underway the focus is running high! With the state of Georgia being in the news for the passing of controversial voting laws, it was iconic that Lee Elder would be the honorary starter for the event.
There was also another iconic announcement in that the Augusta National will be partnering with Paine College and their golf program.
The leaderboard for today seemed to be taken control by Justin Rose who is sitting at 7 under after the first round.
Tied for second we find Hideki Matsuyama and Brian Harman sitting at 3 under.
Its pretty obvious that the tournament is wide open at this point and is anybody’s game at this point!
