In-house Photographer/Videographer

This role is the engine room of Ribble’s visual identity. You will create the imagery that helps to define the brand from precision product detail to dynamic lifestyle shoots to hero launch visuals that stop people in their tracks.

You will own the studio, drive visual standards, and produce high-quality content at pace. This is a hands-on, high-output creative role suited to someone who thrives on making, experimenting, refining, and obsessing over the detail.

Most of your time will be spent shooting and producing content in our dedicated studio, with additional on-location shoots capturing riders, movement, landscape, and real-world context. You will shape the look and feel of Ribble across campaigns, launches, e-commerce, and social.

Suspension Technician

Tweed Valley Bikes are looking for a full-time suspension technician to join our fast paced, highly motivated team, to carry out high end fork, shock and seat post service jobs, as well as build bikes for sale based between our two workshop locations in the Tweed Valley. The successful candidate will be a dedicated rider who has previous experience in this field and is ready to hit the ground running.

We’re looking for a reliable and flexible individual who has a willingness to adapt to a fast-paced changing environment and can work independently. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate initiative and produce high quality service work within tight timescales.

Quality is at the forefront of what we do, as such we’d like to recruit someone who’s got a keen idea for detail and can work methodically. Strong written and verbal communication, computer literacy and organisational skills are a must. Although most of this role is based around suspension servicing, working with the wider Tweed Valley Bikes team to suit the needs of the business is essential.

Sales Advisor

Pinarello are a renowned brand in the cycling industry, with a rich pedigree in producing Grand Tour winning bicycles. It is an incredibly exciting time to join our team, as the store in London will have had a complete remodel over the winter, cementing itself as the leading flagship bicycle brand store in the heart of the West End. The store is the window for the brand globally and the role of Sales Advisor is a key part of this team, providing an excellent standard of customer service and advice.

An enthusiastic, customer-focused individual with a strong passion for the cycling industry. A person who is also willing to be a team member with a strong detail-oriented approach, meticulous in their approach and takes great pride in their work. Ideally you will have experience in a customer facing role. Prior experience in sizing/bike fitting would be an advantage.

Dispatch and Support Technician

Early Rider Ltd, a leader in innovative, high-quality children’s bicycles, is expanding with a new warehouse and office in Wales. We are seeking a proactive Dispatch & Support Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day operations by fulfilling orders, providing technical support to customers online and over the phone, and ensuring every bike leaving our warehouse meets our exceptional standards through careful, hands-on inspection. If you’re passionate about craftsmanship, organisation, and delivering outstanding customer experiences, this unique opportunity could be for you.

Key responsibilities for this role include order preparation and quality control: Pre-delivery inspection of bicycles and parts to ensure quality and safety. Perform thorough quality checks to ensure each bike meets Early Rider’s high standards. Customer support: Assist with customer technical queries via email, telephone and live chat. Provide advice on product features, product choice, assembly, bike care and maintenance. Warehouse operations: Collaborate with the team to effectively manage the stock and maintain an organised, safe warehouse. Safety & compliance: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines in the warehouse, ensuring that the working environment is safe for all employees. Continuous improvement: Suggest improvements to current processes and work practices, focusing on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Mechanic

The store is the window for the brand globally and the role of Mechanic is a key part of this team, providing an excellent standard of customer service, building, repairing and servicing all bicycles.

An enthusiastic, customer-focused individual with a strong passion for the cycling industry. A person who is also willing to be a team member with a strong detail-oriented approach, meticulous in their approach and takes great pride in their work.

General duties for this role include maintaining and managing an efficient workshop, providing excellent levels of customer service and maintenance on customer bicycles. To build and assemble bicycles subject to the highest standards of performance and safety. To demonstrate sound inventory control for service parts,  in order to maximise revenue and turnaround of tasks. To diagnose and resolve all warranty related issues, working closely with our Head office team. To handle all workshop enquiries including calls and emails, addressing repair or technical issues that our customers may have. To work effectively as part of a team, with the ability to communicate well with customers, other team members and management and demonstrate a passion for the brand.
