Continuous pours of rain caused the officials to call off the match on Day 1 of the second and final Test being played between India and Bangladesh in the Green Park Stadium in Kanpur on September 27. Only 35 overs were played before the game got called off with Bangladesh batting on 107/3.
The bad weather and rain spoiling the match is now concerning the fans, and as per the weather forecast, the concerns are real as well. There is a 100% chance of rain to spoil the match.
The officials will also be trying to make up for the overs lost on the 1st Day. This could mean the umpires might allow Day 2 to keep going on for a longer time.
The forecast has predicted a similar weather outcome throughout the first four days which might force this series to end on a draw.
Hopefully this forecast will not go as planned, drizzles of rain will not be the scene on 2nd Day and everyone will get to witness the match without being interrupted.
