While Nitish Kumar Reddy has already impressed with his performances in the first two matches of the series, his Hyderabad teammate Tilak Varma, who plays for Mumbai Indians in the IPL, is yet to feature in this series.

Both players have solidified their spots in the team, with Nitish being a standout performer. There is also speculation that Harshit Rana, a fast bowler from Kolkata Knight Riders who took 19 wickets in the 2024 IPL season, could make his debut in the final T20I.
After this series, the Indian team is scheduled to host New Zealand for a three-match Test series. Following that, India will embark on a tour of South Africa in November for a four-match T20I series, starting on November 8 at Kingsmead, Durban.
