Titans News: ‘Significant Interest’ in Giants Free Agent Wan’Dale Robinson
The Tennessee Titans have emerged as a frontrunner for New York Giants wide receiver Wan’Dale Robinson, who is set to hit unrestricted free agency when the new league year opens next week, according to CBS Sports’ Jonathan Jones. SNY’s Connor Hughes added that sources believe Robinson is more likely to sign elsewhere than return to New York, and that Tennessee’s interest is “significant.”
Robinson, 25, is coming off the best season of his career. He caught 92 passes on 140 targets for 1,014 yards and four touchdowns in 16 games in 2025, becoming the first receiver listed at 5-foot-8 or shorter to eclipse 1,000 receiving yards in a season. He was placed on injured reserve for the Giants’ regular-season finale after fracturing his ribs in Week 17, but multiple reports indicate he is expected to be fully healthy before spring workouts begin.
The Titans enter free agency with approximately $94.8 million in salary cap space, the most in the NFL, and a clear need at wide receiver as they look to build around quarterback Cameron Ward heading into his second season. A move to Nashville would reunite Robinson with Brian Daboll, now Tennessee’s offensive coordinator, who drafted Robinson with the Giants in 2022 and coached him for the majority of his NFL career. Robinson had 93 receptions under Daboll in 2024, and posted 53 of his 92 catches in 2025 before Daboll was fired by New York following Week 10.
There is also a personal dimension. Robinson is a native of Frankfort, Kentucky, located roughly three hours from Nashville, making Tennessee an appealing destination as he prepares to sign the biggest contract of his career. Spotrac currently projects his market value at approximately $70 million on a four-year deal.
Tennessee’s current receiver room includes Calvin Ridley, 2025 draft picks Elic Ayomanor and Chimere Dike, and Treylon Burks. Robinson would step in as the clear primary target in an offense that struggled to generate consistent production at the position in 2025. The Titans also hold the No. 4 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft, with several reports indicating the franchise is focused on running back Jeremiyah Love of Notre Dame at that spot, a signal that a capable pass-catcher in free agency may be among the organization’s top priorities before draft weekend.
No deal has been agreed upon, and free agency cannot officially open until next week.
