In June 2025, Will Ospreay and Alex Windsor revealed that they were engaged, and the couple is now set to tie the knot in June 2026.
Speaking with Tokyo Sports, Ospreay explained why he won’t be appearing at Osaka-jo Hall on June 14, noting that his wedding is scheduled for the following day. He said,
“I can’t appear at Osaka-jo Hall (June 14) because my wedding — my wife is fellow wrestler Alex Windsor — is the day after. But I want to compete in as many big New Japan matches as possible this year. All Elite Wrestling is the best environment, but I have a special connection to Japan, and I also want to spend more time with the members of United Empire.”
Both Ospreay and Windsor are currently signed to AEW. Ospreay recently returned to New Japan Pro Wrestling at Sakura Genesis, where he made it clear that he’s aiming to pursue the NEVER Openweight Six-Man Tag Team Championships alongside United Empire.
