ABU DHABI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES — The Middle East’s premier MMA organization, UAE Warriors, is set for a massive weekend of action as UAE Warriors 68 and UAE Warriors 69 take place March 27–28 in the oasis city of Al Ain.
The back-to-back events will unfold in the famed Garden City located in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, bringing together 46 fighters from around the world and three championship bouts across two nights of elite mixed martial arts competition.
The action begins Friday with the 15th edition of the UAE Warriors Arabian Series, followed by a fully international fight card on Saturday, completing a long weekend of combat sports in one of the region’s most scenic destinations.
Xavier Alaoui Defends Bantamweight Title at UAE Warriors 68
The main event of UAE Warriors 68 features a clash for the Arabian Bantamweight Championship as Morocco’s reigning champion Xavier Alaoui (16-7) defends his belt against Palestinian submission specialist Rany Saadeh (15-4).
Adding intrigue to the matchup, the two fighters previously trained together at the renowned Tristar Gym in Canada.
The title fight promises a compelling stylistic battle — Alaoui’s devastating kickboxing against Saadeh’s slick grappling skills — creating a fascinating clash of striking versus submission artistry.

Caio Machado Faces Undefeated Magomed Tuchalov at UAE Warriors 69
Saturday’s UAE Warriors 69 features fighters representing 13 different countries, reinforcing Abu Dhabi’s reputation as a global hub for combat sports.
In the co-main event, Caio Machado looks to capture the vacant light heavyweight title after scoring a first-round finish at UAE Warriors 67 earlier this year.
Standing in his way is undefeated Russian prospect Magomed Tuchalov (5-0), who is also coming off an impressive stoppage victory in Abu Dhabi.
Asaf Chopurov Defends Bantamweight Gold Against Adriano Ramos
The headline attraction of UAE Warriors 69 sees an intriguing old-school versus new-school showdown for the 135-pound championship.
Georgia’s undefeated champion Asaf Chopurov (9-0) will defend his belt for the first time against Brazilian veteran and Muay Thai specialist Adriano Ramos (15-6).
The matchup pits Chopurov’s unbeaten momentum against Ramos’ experience and striking pedigree, setting the stage for a high-stakes title clash.
UAE Warriors Continues Global Expansion
During fight week, UAE Warriors General Manager and Palms Sports CEO Fouad Darwish confirmed that the promotion plans to expand its event schedule in 2026 while continuing to explore international opportunities.
Darwish noted that events like UAE Warriors 68 and 69 showcase the United Arab Emirates as a global destination for MMA and combat sports entertainment.
With fighters from around the world competing and championship belts on the line, fans in Al Ain are set to experience two unforgettable nights inside the cage.
