UFC boss Dana White has thrown some credit in the direction of Jake Paul, following on from a long feud between the two.

It’s safe to say that Dana White has made a few enemies over the years. While he has done a great job of helping to build and grow the Ultimate Fighting Championship, there have also been a few controversies and feuds along the way.

Perhaps one of his most notable recent rivalries has been with Jake Paul. ‘The Problem Child’ hasn’t been shy in voicing his opinion on how Dana White runs his business, with one of his biggest complaints being fighter pay and how they could be receiving a bigger piece of the pie.

In a recent interview, White actually gave Paul some rare praise.

“Listen, Jake Paul’s doing his thing,” White said during an interview on Piers Morgan Uncensored. “The guy has obviously made a lot of money, and people have been interested.

“He plays the heel perfectly. If you hate what he’s doing and you hate all the stuff about him, you hate him so bad that you tune in to see him get knocked out.

“And I’ll tell you this, if you look at what AJ did to Francis Ngannou, right, and Jake — it was a terrible fight…did everything he could to avoid a fight — but once he got hit with that shot…AJ didn’t knock him out, and he definitely didn’t knock him out the way he knocked Francis out.

“If I give Jake Paul any credit, I give him that,” he added.
