Las Vegas – The UFC heads back to Houston, Texas, for the first time in four years, bringing with it a crucial middleweight clash as former champion and current No. 3 contender Sean Strickland meets No. 4-ranked Anthony Hernandez in a high-stakes main event. The complete and up to date results can be seen below.

UFC Houston: Strickland vs. Hernandez takes place Saturday, February 21, at the Toyota Center. The preliminary card begins at 3 p.m. PT / 6 p.m. ET, with the main card following at 6 p.m. PT / 9 p.m. ET. All bouts will stream live on Paramount+.

Strickland steps back into the Octagon aiming to reestablish his footing in the 185-pound division. The former UFC middleweight champion rose to prominence with statement wins over Israel Adesanya, Paulo Costa, and Nassourdine Imavov. Now, he looks to make another emphatic claim in the title race by turning back the challenge of Hernandez.

Hernandez enters the bout riding an impressive eight-fight winning streak. During that run, he has delivered dominant performances against Brendan Allen, Roman Dolidze, and Michel Pereira. A victory over a former champion would cement Hernandez as a leading contender and potentially secure his first UFC middleweight title opportunity.

The co-main event at UFC Houston features a high-impact welterweight showdown between Geoff Neal and Uros Medic — a matchup that promises fireworks from the opening bell.

Neal, a perennial contender at 170 pounds, is known for his sharp boxing, knockout power, and ability to dictate the pace on the feet. Ranked inside the welterweight top 15, “Handz of Steel” has shared the Octagon with elite competition and owns statement wins that have kept him in the divisional conversation. After suffering a tough knockout loss in his last outing, Neal enters Houston with urgency, determined to prove he remains a serious threat in one of the UFC’s deepest divisions.

Standing opposite him is the surging Medic, who has built momentum with explosive finishes and fearless striking. “The Doctor” is riding back-to-back 63-second knockout victories, showcasing both speed and precision in dispatching his opponents. A win over a ranked veteran like Neal would catapult Medic into the welterweight rankings and potentially set him up for even bigger opportunities. With both men preferring to keep the fight standing, fans can expect an intense, action-packed clash that may not require the judges’ scorecards.
