What a brilliant effort from everyone in black and white.
It reminded me of the Liverpool match back in August.
Newcastle United the better team in the first half and the second half, with 11 men AND 10 men.
The massive difference this time of course, is that United got what they deserved. A superb three points and Man U summing up how average the Premier League is, apart from maybe Man City and Arsenal.
I have seen Man U on TV carry so much luck in recent games and get a ridiculous amount of help from match officials.
Peter Bankes and his helpers did everything they could to get Man U the win but they ended up on the losing side.
The red card for Jacob Ramsey, those two yellow cards, a total joke.
Especially when you consider the times Man U players weren’t booked, such as when Bruno the rat brought down Gordon for the penalty.
Bankes didn’t even give the penalty, he shook his head and started jogging away, then suddenly stopped and turned around, pointing to the spot. Somebody having a word in his ear, you have to laugh, yet the Man U cheat wasn’t booked for the trip.
Three minutes extra had been announced after the opening 45 and yet the referee played nine minutes until Man U could equalise. Then blew straight away on the restart.
Eddie Howe was brilliant with his team selection, tactics and substitutions, you would almost think he knows what he is doing…
Newcastle United had so little luck in this match and the match officials conspired against them as well.
Yet to their credit they still were the better team throughout, even a man down.
Then Will Osula off the bench and what a finish!
Absolutely class, what a night.
