Uprise Bikes has expanded its UK retail presence with the opening of a new store in Winterbourne, Bristol, transforming the former Stif MTB premises into a showroom dedicated to electric bikes across multiple cycling categories while continuing to support the area’s strong mountain biking community.
Uprise says the new store will continue to serve local riders with bikes, parts and servicing, alongside a strong focus on the rapidly growing e-bike market.
The showroom features leading e-bike brands including Santa Cruz, Amflow, Trek, Whyte, Orbea, Cube and Tern, with bikes ranging from commuter hybrids and urban mobility bikes to full-suspension electric mountain bikes and family e-cargo bikes.
The store will also stock performance components, clothing and accessories from brands including Troy Lee Designs, Fox, Burgtec, Hope and Maxxis, ensuring continued support for the region’s active mountain biking scene.

While the showroom highlights a curated selection of bikes and e-bikes, customers will also be able to access the full Uprise Bikes catalogue of more than 400 cycling brands through a click-and-collect service, supported by expert advice and product support from the Bristol team.
Steve Edgell, Managing Director of Cycle Solutions and founder of Uprise Bikes, said:
E-bikes are transforming cycling by making it more accessible across commuting, leisure and off-road riding. Our Bristol store has been designed as a place where riders can explore the full spectrum of e-bikes while still supporting the strong mountain bike heritage of the site.
The store also includes a full workshop for servicing both traditional bikes and e-bikes.

Uprise Bikes is the retail brand of Cycle Solutions (Cycle to Work) Ltd, one of the UK’s longest-established providers of Cycle to Work schemes.
