Indian fast bowler Mohammed Siraj was given a hero’s welcome upon returning to his hometown of Hyderabad on Friday, following the Indian cricket team’s triumphant T20I World Cup campaign. Scores of enthusiastic fans gathered at the airport and lined the streets to catch a glimpse of their local cricketing star, showering him with chants, applause, and flower petals.
