Gurbaz, opening for the Guyana Amazon Warriors, was in top form as he brought up his third CPL fifty, eventually finishing with a belligerent 69 off just 37 balls. His innings included 4 fours and 6 massive sixes, with a strike rate of 186.48.
The onslaught didn’t stop there, as Shimron Hetmyer stole the show with a brutal 91 off 39 balls, smashing 11 sixes without hitting a single four. These innings, along with useful cameos from Dwaine Pretorius, Raymon Reifer, and Kevin Sinclair, propelled the Warriors to a commanding total, putting immense pressure on the Patriots.
