Pakistan vs England 2nd Test 2024: After suffering a big and humiliating defeat in the opening Test-Match in Multan, Shan Masood’s Pakistan will be squaring off against England in the 2nd Test-Match of the three-match Test-Series from Tuesday, 15th of October onwards in the city of Multan.
Shan Masood & Co lost the first Test-Match by an inning and 47 runs despite scoring 556 runs in their first inning. The duo of Harry Brook and Joe Root stitched a monstrous partnership of 454 runs for the fourth-wicket in the first inning to help the Three Lions post a big total of 823 runs.
The Ollie Pope-led team declared their inning at the gigantic score of 823-7 and inflicted an all-out on the hosts for just 220 runs in their second inning to take a 0-1 lead in the three-match Test-Series.
Now, the Shaheens are set to make some big changes to their Starting XI ahead of the second Test-Match and they will be looking to level the series by securing a victory in the 2nd Test in Multan.
For England, their full-time skipper Ben Stokes will be making his much-awaited comeback to the Starting XI after recovering from his hamstring-injury.
