Indian team will face Australia in the second Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy at the Adelaide Oval from December 6. The teams have had a gap of 10 days between both the Tests, which has provided them with enough time to rest and prepare for the battle. This Test is going to be a pink-ball/day-night match.

Rain is predicted to spoil the much-hyped competition on Day 1. There is a 40% chance of rain pouring on the first Day of the match. On December 6, showers are expected to hit on the afternoon, and the temperature is going to reach about 30°C before it drops to 27°C. The weather can be of help for the pacers as 98& of the sky is supposed to be covered.

The pitch and the weather are going to have a massive impact on the activities that are held on Day 1. head curator of the Adelaide Oval has forecast a balanced pitch for the Test. On the other hand, Friday is predicted to bring light showers of rain, which might have some sort of effect on how the surface behaves over the first two days.

It is being predicted that the pitch will start to turn in favor of bowlers as the game goes on, especially from Day 3.

Ind day-night Test matches, the pink ball is famous for swinging sharply, and the conditions in the Adelaide Oval may make things even more difficult for the batters. According to the head curator, the pitch will be covered by grass, which might help the bowlers even more and make things even more difficult for the batting lineup.
