The rainy weather basically killed opening day at the Miami Open – which serendipitously is on a Sunday, not a Monday as it is at Indian Wells.
So all the matches (only a couple of which even got on court for a warmup) were postponed as the men’s qualifying began, and they added the bigger outside courts to the sked on Monday
There is rain in the forecast Monday, too. But the hourly forecast actually looks pretty good with a few thundershower opportunities through the day. So we’ll see.
