WWE has now confirmed the official start time for both nights of WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas, clearing up recent confusion surrounding the schedule for the company’s biggest event of the year.
The confirmation came after Paul “Triple H” Levesque shared a promotional poster for CM Punk vs. Roman Reigns on social media. The graphic included the start time for both nights of the two-day event, listing WrestleMania beginning at 6 p.m. Eastern time, which translates to 3 p.m. Pacific. While promoting the match between Punk and Reigns, Triple H also teased the scale of the showdown.
“For it all…in the main event of #WrestleMania. The BITW vs The OTC…”
The clarification follows confusion from last week when WWE sent an email to ticket holders listing a 2:30 p.m. Pacific start time instead of the previously advertised 4 p.m. Pacific start. The change was also reflected on the official WrestleMania 42 website.
With WrestleMania set to take over Las Vegas for two nights, WWE is hoping the stacked card and major attractions will drive momentum as the event draws closer.
Do you think WrestleMania 42 will still sell out despite ticket sales currently trailing last year’s pace? Let us know your thoughts and drop your feedback in the comments.
