WWE Legend Brian Knobbs Hospitalized Again Amid Infection Battle

Brian Knobbs is once again hospitalized as he continues to battle a recurring infection—just months after doctors first considered amputating his foot.

In an emotional video shared to Instagram on February 3, 2026, the 61-year-old wrestling legend revealed he had been readmitted to the hospital. Knobbs thanked his supporters while opening up about how draining the situation has become.

“I know I haven’t given you guys an update in a while. I’m back in the hospital again—another curveball. Thank you to all of you out there for your prayers and blessings.”

He also gave a heartfelt nod to the Cauliflower Alley Club for their support over the years. Knobbs said this latest hospitalization stems from yet another infection—something that’s worn down his spirit.

“I’ve got to give a shoutout to the Cauliflower Alley Club and all their board members for helping me out over the last seven years. It’s one thing after another. You think you’re getting ready and everything’s going good, and then I’m back in here again—getting poked everywhere, and I’ve got another infection. It kind of gets your spirits down.”

This update follows his August 2025 video where Knobbs revealed that doctors were discussing the possibility of amputating his foot due to repeated infections. Around the same time, his wife Toni suffered a horrific accident at their hotel—breaking her ankle in a compound fracture that required emergency treatment and rehab.

“Everything’s been going on—it’s been quite emotional. They found out that my foot is infected again, and now they’re talking about amputation. On top of that, my wife had an accident… a compound fracture. Now she’s laid up in rehab.”

Knobbs also urged fans to contribute to his GoFundMe, stating that this has been one of the hardest periods of his life.

“This is probably the hardest time in my 61 years on this earth. I love you all. Please, if you can, go to my GoFundMe. Anything helps.”

As of now, his fundraiser has reached $35,837 toward its $50,000 goal. Knobbs continues to face every obstacle head-on—and he’s asking his fans to keep him in their thoughts as he fights through yet another setback.
