WWE RAW Draws Strong Global Viewership On Netflix Following Heated Punk–Reigns Segment

WWE RAW is picking up strong momentum on Netflix amid the road to WrestleMania, and the February 2, 2026, episode saw a big jump in global viewership. A lot of that boost came from the intense segment between CM Punk and Roman Reigns.

The February 2nd show brought in around 3.1 million global views on Netflix. That’s a significant increase from the earlier episodes. The total hours watched also went up. The February 2 episode is ranking #6 globally currently.

RAW also performed well in different countries. The episode ranked #5 in the United States, #8 in the United Kingdom, and #6 in Canada and was top 10 on regional Netflix charts as well.

How the Punk–Reigns Confrontation Set the Stage for RAW’s Audience

The biggest moment of the night came at the end of the show. 2026 Royal Rumble winner Roman Reigns stood in front of a loud Philadelphia crowd and made his WrestleMania 42 decision official. He proclaimed that he was going after CM Punk and the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

Reigns made the rivalry personal this time. He flat-out said he chose Punk because he “hates him,” ignoring WWE Champion Drew McIntyre in the process. He claimed that he gave Punk a chance to return to the spotlight after a decade of absence from WWE.

Punk, on the other hand, said that Roman Reigns followed in his footsteps and that he is “proud” of Reigns as he learned from “the best.” CM Punk also took shots at the Tribal Chief’s less-active title reign of 1000+ days.

Their back-and-forth exchange felt like both superstars had some personal animosity between them. The fiery nature of the face-off promo instantly got fans talking. And with WrestleMania 42 now centered around this rivalry, the storyline is driving viewers to tune in.

Moreover, there was plenty of action throughout the episode. Stephanie Vaquer defended her Women’s World Championship against Raquel Rodriguez in a Philadelphia Street Fight. The match included tables, chairs, and interference from Liv Morgan, but Vaquer managed to hold onto her title.

Other highlights included Je’Von Evans beating El Grande Americano, thanks to a distraction from the “Original” El Grande Americano. Penta defeated Bronson Reed by count-out after LA Knight attacked Reed. Oba Femi took out The War Raiders before their match even started, leading to a no-contest.

There were also major storyline moments. Gunther mocked retired AJ Styles by coming out to his music, the Bella Twins announced they are going after the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles, and Liv Morgan teased her WrestleMania plans as well.
