WWE RAW Results (4/6/26): Live Match Updates and Highlights
The show opens up with Michael Cole and Corey Graves welcoming us as we see the arrivals of several WWE Superstars, including World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk who is announced for later in the broadcast.
But CM Punk’s music hits and he makes his way down to the ring. Punk then sits down in the ring and that allows the crowd to chant for him. Punk then starts off by saying Houston is a wrestling town. Punk then says there is a lot of pro wrestling history. Punk then says he has had some great moments in this ring and there are ghosts of things that should have happened. Punk then says this is Paul Bosch Country. Punk then says he loves to hear about the old timers. Punk then says he can’t help but to compare yourself and wonder how would they handle this things. Punk then says what would Harley Race do. Punk then says dreams are nice, but it is when you are awake.
Punk then says he is awake and he asks the question he always asks. Punk then says Roman Reigns is not here tonight. Punk then says two weeks ago, with help from his cousins, he put him through the announce desk with a power bomb. Punk then says he strolled out like he was the king of the world. Punk then says he couldn’t wait to get revenge. Punk then says he showed up at MSG, cousin-less, with his title belt and he got revenge. Punk then says He put Roman through the announce desk, alone. Punk then says Roman said he hates him. Punk then says good. Punk then says if Roman hates him, he is exactly where he should be. Punk then says he is fraud checking goofs. Punk then says being hated by losers is the price he pays for not being one of them.
Punk then puts the title belt on the table and he tells the crowd to keep chanting for Roman and he might show up. Punk then says he showed up and he is an old man. Punk then says old, not weak. Punk then says Roman hates him and he knows why. Punk then says he wanted to explain to everyone who bothered to show up tonight, why he hates Roman Reigns.
Punk then gets on the announce desk. Punk then says WrestleMania is the biggest show of the year. Punk then says we both have the tools to climb to the top of the ladder in this sport. Punk then says his tools are man made and sharpened through hard work and spite. Punk then says your tools are store bought and handed to you. Punk then says they are plastic. Punk then says he was too young and stupid to understand. Punk then says now he is too old and rich to bother. Punk then says you are sent to Jimmy Fallon because you are safe, boring and saccharine. Punk then says he is dangerous because you don’t know what he is going to say. Punk then says he can film a dozen movies and not miss a day, but you use it as a crutch and the people boo him because you aren’t here.
Punk then says when you bother to show up, you arrive late and leave early. Punk then says you puff your chest out like you are The Rock. Punk then says at least The Rock is a Hollywood superstar. Punk then says The Rock was a superstar. Punk then says his bloated cousin isn’t on the board of directors. Punk then says he doesn’t surround himself to keep him away from the truth. Punk then says his daddy didn’t give him a favored job because he sucked at football. Punk then says he got everything by fighting for it and you are a buck toothed man who ate dog food for a weird old man. Punk then says that weird old man treated him like a dog and expected him to smile. Punk then says he had f***ed up money and decided to leave. Punk then says you cannot control him like you control your cousins.
Punk then asks if we are having fun yet. Punk then says be careful what you wish for when you give him a pipebomb. Punk then says he is giving it to everyone tonight. Punk then says Pat McAfee. Punk then says you buggy whipped no armed hillbilly. Punk then says you think you can come to his business and talk trash. Punk then says you cashed a check you couldn’t cash. Punk then says call your fool agent to tell him to lower the ticket prices if you want to complain about ticket sales. Punk then says he won’t have someone who kicked a football for a living about putting asses in the seats. Punk then says lower the ticket prices because he wants all of these families to stand on Roman’s throat at WrestleMania. Punk then drops the microphone.
We then see IShowSpeed ask Danhausen to end the curse. He then mentions what happened. Danhausen then says he can cancel the curse if he gives him his house. Adam Pearce then shows up and he asks what he is doing here. Speed then says he knows he cost the Usos, but he needs some advice. Pearce then tells Speed to go home. Austin Theory and Logan Paul then show up and tell Speed not to listen to Dr. Evil. Logan then says what Knight did was unforgivable. Speed then says he is going. Logan then says the Usos, Knight and everyone hate him. Logan then says Speed is safe with them.
The Vision and IShowSpeed then make their way down to the ring for the first match of the night and LA Knight follows.
Singles Match: The Vision’s WWE World Tag Team Champion Austin Theory vs. “The Mega Star” LA Knight
The match starts off with both men locking up and Knight pushes Theory into the turnbuckles. Both men then lock up again and Theory sends Knight to the mat. Knight then hits a hip toss and a slam. Knight then hits another slam and Theory goes to the floor. Theory then returns to the ring and they lock up again. Theory then punches Knight in the corner and into the turnbuckles. Theory then hits some back elbows. Theory then hits a suplex for a near fall. Theory then hits an Irish whip and Knight hits a clothesline out of the corner. Theory then goes to the floor and he hits a drop kick through the ropes. Knight then clotheslines Theory over the ringside barrier and Knight poses.
Knight then sends Theory back over the ringside barrier. Theory then sends Knight into the ring post and Theory poses on the ringside barrier. Theory then sends Knight’s head into the apron. They then return to the ring and Knight hits some punches. Theory then hits an Irish whip and a clothesline into the corner. Theory then hits a punch. Theory then chokes Knight in the ropes. Knight then hits some punches and a shoulder tackle. Knight then hits a sunset flip for a near fall. Theory then hits a back elbow. Theory then punches Knight a few times. Knight then blocks a few suplex attempts. They then go back and forth with suplex attempts and Knight lands on his feet and hits a neck breaker.
Knight then hits some punches and a flying clothesline. Knight then hits a side Russian leg sweep and he sends Theory into the turnbuckles and hits a leaping neck breaker for a near fall. Theory then hits a punch and a rolling blockbuster for a near fall. Theory then gets Knight on his shoulders, but Knight escapes and he clotheslines Theory over the top rope and to the floor. Knight then goes to the floor and he looks at Logan. Knight then sends Theory’s head into the announce desk a number of times.
Logan then distracts Knight and he has some words for iShowSpeed. Knight then sends Theory back into the ring and Logan pushes Speed into Knight against the apron. Knight then goes after Speed and chases him up the aisle. The Usos’ music then plays and Speed is screwed. Speed then leaps over Knight and goes into the ring and Knight grabs Speed. Logan then gets on the apron and Knight clotheslines him off the apron. Theory then gets a rollup and a handful of tights for the win.

After the match, Speed is alone in the ring with Knight and the Usos. Speed says he didn’t do anything. Jey then grabs Speed and Jimmy tells him to do it and they set up for a 1D, but Logan pulls Speed to safety. Knight then takes a mic. He then tells them not to go anywhere. He then says he wants Adam Pearce to come out as well.
He then says you look at the men in the ring with him and they got screwed out of their titles by Speed. He then says Speed costs him his match against Austin Theory. Knight then says he has the perfect place for a match this big. He then says he is talking about WrestleMania. He then says Logan Paul, Austin Theory and IShowSpeed vs. The Usos and him. Pearce is on the stage and he looks around and he asks Knight if he wants a 6-Man tag match at WrestleMania. Pearce then asks Logan if he is willing to do it. Pearce then says Speed should have stayed home, but now you are going to WrestleMania.
We then take look at what happened with Pat McAfee. Michael Cole says he was disappointed with what happened on SmackDown.
We then take a look back at what happened with Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton on SmackDown.
We then see Kofi Kingston and Grayson Waller arguing while Finn Bálor is walking.
We then see Jackie Redmond with Los Americanos. Rayo says no Americanos at WrestleMania. Rayo then says you made a big mistake. Bravo then talks about their opponents tonight. Grande then says without a Grande Americano, the IC Title match is a disgrace. He then says they should do something about it.
JD McDonagh then makes his way down to the ring for the next match of the night and Finn Bálor follows.
Singles Match: Finn Balor vs. The Judgment Day’s JD McDonagh
The match starts off with Dominik Mysterio attacking Finn Bálor from behind and he does the Finn pose. Finn then punches Dominik and he kicks JD and sends JD into the ring post. Finn then punches Dominik and he sends Dominik into the ring. Finn then hits a back elbow to Dominik and he kicks Dominik. Finn then kicks JD and he sends him over the top rope and to the floor. Dominik then hits Finn from behind with his title belt. JD then hands Dominik a chair and he hits Finn in the back with the chair. JD then kicks Finn and Dominik puts the chair on Finn. Dominik then points to the WrestleMania sign.
The Singles Match ends in a No Contest!
We then get a video package for AJ Lee and Becky Lynch.
Michael Cole says AJ Lee is a trailblazer and he cannot believe he is sitting across with her in her first WrestleMania match in 12 years. Becky Lynch then interrupts and insults Cole for asking softball questions. Cole then tells Becky he doesn’t need it and he leaves. Becky then says what he said that was right is that she can’t believe she is sitting here. Becky then asks if AJ reminds her about the last WrestleMania she saw her. Becky then says you acted with your fakeness. Becky then says you saw your replacement. Becky then says you quit the next day because she knew she was coming. Becky then says she won’t have the home field advantage at WrestleMania.
AJ then tells Becky to underestimate her. AJ then says she is proud of Becky. AJ then says she is proud of what Becky did for the locker room and industry. AJ then says nothing happens because of her because of the glass ceilings she broke. AJ then says she is not replaceable. AJ then says ten years away, they kept calling. AJ then says the fans didn’t forget her. AJ then says she knows who she is. AJ then says she is the Women’s Intercontinental Champion. AJ then tells Becky when she tucks her girl to bed and you ask her who her favorite wrestler is, she won’t say her name. AJ then says She will say AJ Lee. AJ then leaves and Becky is angry.
Bayley then makes her way down to the ring for the next match of the night with Lyra Valkyria and The Irresistible Forces follow.
Singles Match: Bayley vs. The Irresistible Forces’ WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion “The Boujee Bully” Lash Legend
The match starts off with both women locking up and Lash sends Bayley to the floor. Nia then has some words for Bayley. Bayley then gets back into the ring and she kicks Lash. Lash then pushes Bayley away. Lash then misses a splash into the corner and Bayley hits some punches. Lash then sends Bayley to the apron and Bayley hits some knee lifts. Bayley then goes to the turnbuckles and she is met with a chop when she comes off. Lash then hits a bicycle kick and Bayley goes to the floor. Lash then sends Bayley into the announce desk. Lash then sends Bayley into the ring post.
They then return to the ring. Lash then kicks Bayley and hits a splash for a near fall. Lash then hits some forearms. Bayley then hits forearms and Lash hits an Irish whip. Bayley then goes for a rollup, but Lash does not go over and Lash hits a kick and she slams Bayley’s head into the mat. Lash then hits a several shoulder tackles. Lash then gets a near fall. Lash then applies a front face lock. Bayley then hits a cutter in the ropes followed by some kicks. Bayley then goes for a sunset flip power bomb, but Lash blocks it and she sends Bayley into the turnbuckles and hits a uranage back breaker for a near fall. Bayley then blocks a power bomb and she counters with a rana. Lash then gets a near fall. Lash then misses a splash and Bayley hits some forearms.
Lash then misses a bicycle kick and gets caught in the ropes. Bayley then hits a kick and a drop kick to send Lash into the corner. Bayley then hits a knee and she hits an elbow drop to the back of the neck for a near fall. Nia then trips Bayley when the referee wasn’t looking. Lash then goes for a shoulder in the corner, but Bayley moves and Lash hits the ring post. Nia then catches Lyra and sends her into the apron. Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss then attack Nia. Bayley then hits a cross body onto Nia, Charlotte and Alexa. Lash then hits a forearm to Bayley on the turnbuckles. Lash then goes to the turnbuckles and sets up for a superplex. Lyra then grabs the ankle on the superplex and when Bayley floats over, Lyra holds the leg to allow Bayley to get the win.

Danhausen then makes his way out to greet the WWE Universe. He says he has some good news. Danhausen then says he visited WWE HQ this past week and he’s proud to say that he won a Slammy Award. Danhausen then says he has a list of people he would like to thank. He then name-drops Steve Cole, The Undertaker, Cody Rhodes, Triple H and then fanhausens. He then says it’s time to thank the WWE Universe. Danhausen then marches to the ring. He then unleashes his merchandise through a cannon.
We then head to Michael Cole and Corey Graves on commentary. Cole says this would be the first WrestleMania without the presence of the late great Hulk Hogan. Cole then promotes Hulk Hogan’s upcoming documentary.
Seth Rollins’ music then hits and he makes his way down to the ring. Seth then grabs a microphone and starts off by saying he’s been waiting to hear the WWE Universe sing his song. Seth then tries to rally the WWE Universe. Says then says he’s back. Seth then previews his WrestleMania 42 match against GUNTHER. Seth then says he’s still trying to put the pieces together to figure out how he’s got here. Seth then says he and the Ring General don’t have a long history. Seth then says he doesn’t think the two have personal issues, but he thinks GUNTHER entered into some sort of business relationship with Paul Heyman.
Seth then says he’s got two missions in his head and one of them is to take back the WWE World Heavyweight Championship that he never lost. Seth then says second he wants to kill The Vision. Seth then says half the Vision is on the shelf, while Paul Heyman is left to his own. Seth then takes credit for putting Brock Lesnar on a silver plater for Oba Femi. Seth then calls Oba Femi the future of WWE. Seth then turns his attention to GUNTHER. Seth then says it may be business for GUNTHER, but it’s personal for him.
GUNTHER then appears from behind. GUNTHER then goes for Sleeper’s Hold, but Seth counters. He then hits a big boot to the face of GUNTHER. Seth then goes for a Suicide Dive, but GUNTHER catches him mid-air and sends him over the announce desk. Seth then pounds away at GUNTHER. Adam Pearce then makes his way out with some officials to separate the two men and GUNTHER hits a big boot.
GUNTHER then walks through the back and he stops to smile with Paul Heyman. Paul then says he doesn’t know why he did what he did at Madison Square Garden because there is nothing personal between him and Seth. Paul then says he owes GUNTHER a very big thank you. GUNTHER then says it is personal to Seth because it is personal to him as well. GUNTHER then shakes Paul’s hand and he pulls him close and he tells Paul that Paul owes him so much more than a very big thank you.
We then take a look at what happened last week between Liv Morgan and Stephanie Vaquer. Stephanie Vaquer says if you are stupid enough to make jokes about her mother and if you want to play dirty, she will play dirty. Vaquer then says you are a brainless b***h who talks a lot and says nothing. Vaquer then says you need to settle your daddy issues with Dominik. Vaquer then says she is here to inspire women everyday to forge their own path. Vaquer then says you won’t see it coming from her and that goes for Roxanne as well. Vaquer then says you will never get your hands on the women’s championship. Vaquer then says she is taking Liv to where no one can follow.
Penta, Dragon Lee and Je’Von Evans then make their way down to the ring for the next match of the night and Los Americanos follow.
6-Man Tag Team Match: WWE Intercontinental Champion Penta, Dragon Lee and “The Young OG” Je’Von Evans vs. Los Americanos (El Grande Americano, Bravo Americano and Rayo Americano)
The match starts off with Bravo applying a side head lock on Lee and they exchange shoulder tackles. Lee then hits a head scissors to Bravo. Lee then gets Bravo up, but Bravo gets back to his feet. Lee then avoids an O’Connor Roll and Rayo tags in and he kicks Lee and dances. Evans then tags in and he hits a drop kick and a jumping cutter. Evans then hits a slingshot head scissors. Grande then tags in and he sends Evans face first into the mat and kicks him. Rayo and Bravo then pull Penta and Lee off the turnbuckles. Evans then hits a cross body. Lee and Penta then hit a double super kick. Evans then hits a plancha and Lee hits a suicide dive. Penta then hits a flip dive.
Penta and Grande are now the legal men in the match and they lock up. Grande then gives a clean break and he goes for the leg and punches Penta and gets on top of Penta for more punches. Penta then hits a kick and Lee and Rayo tag in. They then exchange kicks and Lee escapes an X-Plex attempt. Bravo then tags in and so does Evans. Evans then hits some jabs. Bravo then sends Evans into the air and kicks him in the ribs. Bravo then hits some punches and Rayo tags in and they hit a wishbone. Rayo then hits a chop and a punch. Grande then tags in and he kicks Evans in the corner. Grande then hits a short arm clothesline for a near fall.
Evans and Grande are down and Rayo and Penta tag in. Penta then hits a kick and a wraparound bulldog. Penta then hits a back breaker to Bravo. Penta then hits a double DDT to Rayo and Bravo. Lee then tags in and he hits a hesitation drop kick on Rayo. Lee then sets up for a Styles Clash, but Rayo makes the save. Grande then hits a head butt to Lee. Rayo then tags in and he hits a diving head butt. Bravo then hits a diving head butt for a near fall. Grande then hits an enzuigiri to Penta. Evans then hits a rebound round kick on Grande. Rayo then stops Evans on a cutter. Lee then hits a double stomp on Rayo and a Styles Clash on Bravo. Evans then tags in and they hit super kicks on Rayo and Grande. Lee then hits a leaping rana over the top rope and to the floor. Penta then hits a destroyer on the apron to Rayo. Evans then hits an OG cutter on Bravo for the win.

He then mentions the ladder match has the potential to be one of the greatest ladder matches. He then says last year he missed WrestleMania due to an injury. He then says he talked to Adam Pearce and they talked about how the match is missing one person and that person is Rey Mysterio. Penta then tells Rey let’s make history.
We then take a look back at what Cody Rhodes had to say on SmackDown.
We then see Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY warming up backstage. They will be in action later tonight. Rhea and IYO then hug while behind them, we see Maxxine Dupri talking to Austin Theory.
Cathy Kelley is in the interview area with Bayley and Lyra Valkyria. She asks Bayley about the win tonight. Lyra asks if they have everyone’s attention. She then says what you saw tonight is a taste of what is going to happen at WrestleMania. She then says they are the biggest threat in the division and they are going to win the titles. Bayley then says we know how much those titles mean to her. She then says they will do whatever it takes. She then says they are tired of sitting in the back and waiting their turn. She then says they don’t care who you are because you can call them the future tag team champions.
We then take a look back at Brock Lesnar and Oba Femi from last week.
Asuka then cuts a promo and she tells IYO SKY they were family, but she tried to take everything from her. Asuka then says your selfishness destroyed the family. Asuka then says you tried to rip Kairi Sane apart. Asuka then says she came to WWE to pave the way for you and Kairi. Asuka then says she sacrificed everything to give you the best opportunities. Asuka then says she never expected IYO to thank her. Asuka then says she did it for love and she loved IYO too much. Asuka then says you took advantage of my kindness. Asuka then says IYO used her and now, she must pay. Asuka then says she will always be your senpai. Asuka then says she will teach you one final lesson in the ring. Asuka then says she will take everything away from IYO.
Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY then make their way down to the ring for the main event of the night and Michin and B-Fab follow with WWE Women’s Champion Jade Cargill.
Tag Team Match: RHIYO (“The Eradicator” Rhea Ripley and “The Genius of the Sky” IYO SKY) vs. Michin and B-Fab
The match starts off with B-Fab and Rhea Ripley and Rhea blocks a kick from Fab. Rhea then hits a clothesline and some punches. Rhea then hits a face buster and a clothesline. Rhea then brings Michin into the ring and hits a thrust kick. Rhea then sends Michin to the floor. Fab then hits a bicycle kick and she punches Rhea. Fab then hits some elbows in the corner. Rhea then hits a forearm to Fab and Fab does a float over into a DDT for a near fall. Fab then applies a rear chin lock. Rhea then hits some kicks and IYO tags in and she gets a victory roll and hits double stomp on Michin. Michin then hits an Irish whip and IYO goes to the apron and she kicks Michin.
IYO then drops Fab on the top rope and IYO goes up top and hits a double missile drop kick and then she flips around and does her ears gimmick. IYO then hits a suicide dive to Michin and Fab. IYO and Michin then return to the ring and Michin escapes a slam and she blocks a rana. Michin then hits a sit out power bomb for a near fall. Michin then hits some punches and she gets a near fall. Fab then tags in and they hit a double suplex and Fab gets a near fall. Fab then hits an Irish whip and a knee in the corner. IYO then avoids a knee in the corner and she gets a near fall with a rollup. Fab then gets another near fall. Michin then tags in and Michin cinches in a tarantula. Michin then gets a near fall. Michin then chokes IYO in the ropes.
Fab then tags in and she chokes IYO in the ropes. Fab then hits a sliding clothesline for a near fall. IYO then hits a jaw breaker and Fab stops IYO from making the tag. Fab then hits a clothesline and she has some words for Rhea. Fab then punches Rhea on the apron and the referee has to hold Rhea back so Michin joins in the attack on IYO. The referee then sees Michin in the ring and while she argues with Fab and Michin, Jade pulls Rhea off the apron. Michin then runs into the ring post and IYO gets a victory roll on Fab for the win.

After the match, Fab, Jade and Michin attack IYO. Michin then gets a kendo stick and Rhea recovers and goes after Jade. Jade then hits a bicycle kick. Michin and Fab then hold Rhea in the corner and Jade has some words for her. Jade then hits IYO a few times with a kendo stick. Jade then hits Jaded on IYO.
Finn Bálor then cuts a promo and he congratulates Dominik and JD for that beating. Finn then says maybe he brought it upon himself. Finn then says he wanted to do this the easy way and play nice, but he taught them how to play dirty. Finn then says play time is over. Finn then says you only know one side of him. Finn then says there is a side that he buried a long time ago. Finn then says a side that he thought was gone forever. Finn then says you have awakened it and it is back. Finn then says it is coming for you.
Dominik then asks everyone what did Finn mean. JD then says they need to worry about your deadbeat dad getting a title match. Dominik then says JD will bring the IC title back. Dominik then says he knows how to deal with his deadbeat dad. Roxanne Perez then shows up and Liv Morgan needs to talk to her so she asks for Raquel Rodriguez to leave. Liv then thanks Roxanne for everything she did last week. She then says there is an elephant in the room. Liv then says she knows that Finn brought her into the group, but he turned his back on them. Stephanie then attacks Liv from behind and sends her into storage cases and a monitor.
WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque then makes his way out for the contract signing and Adam Pearce follows. Adam Pearce then previews the WrestleMania 42 match between Oba Femi and Brock Lesnar and says we have seen the birth of a true clash of the titans at WrestleMania. Paul Heyman then comes out to interrupt them. Heyman then introduces his client Brock Lesnar. Heyman then says Brock Lesnar is one ruler that Oba Femi can’t measure up. Brock Lesnar then makes his way down to the ring.
Oba Femi then makes his way down to the ring. Brock then hits a shoulder as Oba enters the ring. Oba then sends Brock into the ring post. They then go over the table and security comes in the ring to get thrown aside by Brock and Oba. Brock is the first to escape and attack Oba. Oba is then free and he goes after Brock. Brock then throws a chair at Oba and Oba throws it back. Security then holds both men back as the show comes to a close.
