WWE RAW Results, Highlights and Key Moments for December 22, 2025

Tonight’s WWE RAW airing December 22, 2025, promises an action-packed night live from the Van Andel Arena, Grand Rapids, Michigan. The show sees Bayley take on The Judgment Day’s “The Prodigy” Roxanne Perez in a Singles Match. Plus, “The Young OG” Je’Von Evans will face Los Americanos’ Rayo Americano in a Singles Match.

WWE RAW Results (12/22/25): Live Match Updates and Highlights

The show opens up with commentary welcoming us and we take a look back at the mystery of the masked man and the reveal of it being Austin Theory.

Paul Heyman then tells Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker to get warm because he has it. Paul then walks over to Austin Theory and wants to know what the hell he is doing. Theory then says he wanted Paul to know why he was wearing the mask. Theory then says he wanted everyone to feel his actions before they saw his face. Theory then says he made some bad decisions. Theory then says he got comfortable and he got injured. Theory then says he saw the group. Theory then says they don’t wait, they take. Theory then says he takes. Theory then says he would love to take the opportunity to help out in their match tonight. Paul then says interesting, very interesting and he walks away.

We then take a look at what happened last week with Rhea Ripley, IYO SKY, Asuka and Kairi Sane. We then see Rhea and IYO in the back and Rhea says she cannot protect IYO against Kairi and Asuka so she asks her to stay in the back. Rhea then tells IYO to stay safe and she hugs IYO.

Rhea Ripley then makes her way down to the ring for the first match of the night and Asuka and Kairi Sane follow.

Singles Match: “The Eradicator” Rhea Ripley vs. The Kabuki Warriors’ WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion “The Empress of Tomorrow” Asuka

The match starts off with Rhea hitting a drop kick and some punches, but the referee pulls Rhea out of the corner. Rhea then hits a few biels on Asuka. Asuka then misses a kick and Rhea gets a take down and hits some punches. Rhea then hits more punches and a head butt. Asuka then escapes the RipTide and goes to the floor. Rhea then sends Asuka into the ringside barrier. Both women then return to the ring and Kairi Sane distracts Rhea long enough to allow Asuka to hit a drop kick. Rhea is then sent into the ringside barrier.

Asuka then chokes Rhea in the ropes. Asuka then hits a knee into the corner. Rhea then escapes a bulldog, but Asuka hits a pop up knee for a near fall. Asuka then hits some Kawada kicks and a back heel kick. Rhea then hits a punch and a back fist. Rhea then hits a punch and a face buster. Rhea then gets a back slide for a near fall. Rhea then hits a back elbow and Kairi trips Rhea when the referee was distracted. Asuka then hits a baseball slide. Asuka then hits some kicks to the chest. Rhea then blocks a kick and she punches Asuka. Rhea then hits a short arm clothesline followed by a back heel kick and a face plant. Rhea then hits a running thrust kick for a near fall. Rhea then goes for a RipTide again, but Asuka hits an arm drag for a near fall. Asuka then hits a series of strikes on Rhea, but Rhea hits a round kick.

Rhea and Asuka then exchange forearms. Rhea then blocks a kick and she takes Asuka to the mat and applies the Prism Lock. Asuka then counters into an ankle lock and a leg trap German suplex and kick for a near fall. Asuka then goes for the Asuka lock, but Rhea hits a snap mare. Rhea then hits a boot on Asuka in the corner. Asuka then stops Rhea on the turnbuckles. Asuka then sets up for a superplex, but Rhea escapes and she puts Asuka’s head against the turnbuckle and she follows it up with a thrust kick. Rhea then hits a face plant from an electric chair for a near fall.

Rhea then sets up for a Razor’s Edge, but Asuka escapes and counters with a sunset flip for a near fall. Rhea then misses a boot in the ropes and Asuka puts her on the apron. Rhea then catches Asuka on a flying hip and Asuka hits a German suplex on the apron. Asuka then goes up top and is met with a thrust kick. Rhea then hits a knee to send Asuka to the floor. Rhea then hits a cannonball off the apron on Asuka. Rhea then goes up top and Asuka distracts the referee. Sane then drops Rhea on the turnbuckles. IYO then come out and takes care of Sane. Sane then hits a leg sweep on IYO on the apron. Rhea then checks on IYO and Asuka gets a rollup for the win.

After the match, Rhea checks on IYO after she was attacked by Sane.

We then head to the back, where Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker are talking and Paul Heyman shows up. They want to know what is going on and Paul mentions Theory. Paul then asks who were they 18 months ago. Paul then says now you are main eventing Australia and beating Roman Reigns. Paul then says where were you. Paul then says you called your shot and took out Seth Rollins and you are main eventing the RAW anniversary show on Netflix. Paul then says someone had a vision for you and he is selective. Paul then says he has a vision for Austin Theory. Paul then says Austin and Reed will face CM Punk and Rey Mysterio. Paul then says either he carries out that vision or you carry Austin Theory’s ass out of WWE. Reed then says he has this and Bron says he has Reed’s back.

We then see Maxxine Dupri walking in the backstage area. We then take a look at how the crowd treated Becky Lynch.

Becky Lynch then makes her way down to the ring. Becky starts off by saying there is no way this will be a celebration for Maxxine. Becky then says she is not the legitimate champion. Becky then says there was a corrupt referee and illegal interference so she is the real Women’s Intercontinental Champion. Becky then says she knows everyone is upset at this corruption. Becky then says she knows some powerful people who will if Adam Pearce does nothing. Becky then says she has the best attorneys. Becky then says she went to the biggest of wigs at Netflix and they told her to go to Michigan. Becky then complains about the lack of rapids in the city and says she was told she needs to take matters into her own hands.

Maxxine Dupri then interrupts and she makes her way down to the ring. Maxxine starts off by saying we have all heard Becky. Maxxine then admits that Sports Illustrated was right and Becky is the best of all time. Maxxine then says she is a rookie. Maxxine then says the rookie beat the greatest of all time. Maxxine then mentions that she has won three times. Maxxine then says Becky can have her chance to get the title back and she can have it any place and any time.

Maxxine then says she will train to make sure that she is still the champion. Maxxine then says she wants Becky to admit that she is her champion. Maxxine then tells Becky to take it on the chin and admit it but at this time, you don’t look like the greatest of all time. Maxxine then says you look like your best years are behind you. Becky then slaps Maxxine and punches her on the mat. Becky then takes the mat and she punches Maxxine in the back of the head. Maxxine then gets up and she puts Becky in the ankle lock. Becky then taps out and Maxxine releases the hold.

We then take a look at what happened last week with Nikki Bella. We then see Je’Von Evans with Adam Pearce and Pearce wishes him luck in his match against Rayo and says he would like to talk to Evans after the match about his future. Evans then leaves and Stephanie Vaquer shows up to talk to Pearce. Pearce asks Stephanie how can they resolve things with her, Nikki and Raquel. Stephanie then says she wants them both. Pearce then says the match can happen next week on RAW.

We then get some comments from the Usos. They say they are back in the tag division. They then say last week they beat the New Day and next week, they will do what they do against AJ Styles and Dragon Lee. They then say you have the titles and the target on your back. They then say they are the greatest team of all time.

Los Americanos then make their way down to the ring for the next match of the night and Je’Von Evans follow.

Singles Match: “The Young OG” Je’Von Evans vs. Los Americanos’ Rayo Americano

The match starts off with both men locking up and Rayo cinches in a side head lock and hits a shoulder tackle, but Evans hits a shoulder tackle of his own. Evans then hits a drop kick. Evans then cinches in a side head lock and Rayo hits a back elbow and he struts. Rayo then cinches in a wrist lock and hits a knee drop to the arm. Rayo then hits a chop in the corner. Rayo then cinches in an arm bar. Evans then hits a kick and a slingshot head scissors take down. Rayo then hangs in the ropes and he back drops Evans to the floor. Rayo then misses a pescado when Evans moves. Evans then hits a plancha.

Evans then hits a kick from the apron and Rayo hits an arm drag off the turnbuckles. Rayo then hits a kick and some forearms. Rayo then hits a half nelson and a chin bar. Evans and Rayo then exchange punches. Evans then gets the advantage and Rayo hits a punch. Evans then hits a flying boot. Evans then hits a Superman punch and a kick. Evans then hits a suplex and he goes to the apron for a springboard forearm for a near fall.

Grande then gets on the apron and Bravo and Rayo drop Evans on the top rope when Evans goes for a springboard move. Rayo then hits a Michinoku Driver for a near fall. Rayo then hits some kicks to the head. Rayo then slaps Evans and Evans hits a thrust kick. Rayo then hits a series of kicks. Evans then hits a rebound round kick for a near fall. Evans then goes for a springboard cutter, but Rayo hits a forearm. Rayo then misses a moonsault and lands on his feet. Evans then hits a double jump cutter for the win.

After the match, Grande and Bravo go after Evans but Evans is able to avoid any contact and he goes to the floor to escape.

We then head to the back, where Cathy Kelley is with AJ Styles and Dragon Lee. She asks them about their title match next week against the Usos. AJ says they beat the Judgment Day and they were considered the best. Lee then says they beat the War Raiders and the New Day. Lee then says they will bring fire. AJ then says as long as they have the titles, they are better than the best and that is what they will get next week.

Bron Breakker then cuts a promo and he talks about how now that he has the real CM Punk back, he went to the ring and he cut him in half. Bron then says he took the title from him and held it high. Bron then says it was everything he thought. Bron then says it was easy. Bron then says you think they have a personal vendetta when he threw out lines about his wife. Bron then says you don’t care about your wife or anyone else. Bron then says he will make it about him. Bron then says will it be the watered down 2025 version of CM Punk or the Best in the World. Bron then says either way the results will be the same. Bron then says he is inevitable. Bron then says he is the mountain you cannot climb or the dog you cannot outrun. Bron then says he hopes Punk saved all his money because after January 5th, he won’t be worth a dollar to anyone.

Nikki Bella then interrupts Corey Graves and Michael Cole talking about Austin Theory. Nikki says she has something to say. Nikki then says everyone has forgotten who she is. Nikki then says she is a legend and a hall of famer. Nikki then says she is a former champion. Nikki then says this is what champions look like. Nikki then says how would you know what champions look like. Nikki then says you root for the Lions. Nikki then says the Lions wish they could be as good as the Eagles. Nikki then says what about Ohio State. Nikki then says you are all looking at the star of this division. Nikki then says there is a reason why she is back. Nikki then says she destroyed Raquel Rodriguez’ face last week and next week she will destroy Stephanie’s title reign. Nikki then says Stephanie is a big deal in the ring, but she is a big deal everywhere. Nikki then says the title should be around the waist of a true global super star. Nikki then says that is her.

Bayley and Lyra Valkyria then make their way down to the ring for the next match of the night and Roxanne Perez and Liv Morgan follow.

Singles Match: Bayley vs. The Judgment Day’s “The Prodigy” Roxanne Perez

The match starts off with both women locking up and Perez backs Bayley into the ropes and she pushes Bayley on the break. Perez then pushes Bayley again, but Bayley hits a belly-to-belly suplex for a near fall. Perez then goes to the floor to talk to Liv. Perez then avoids Bayley on the floor. Bayley then catches Perez on a suicide dive and she goes for a driver on the floor, but Perez escapes and she clips Bayley. Perez then hits some kicks to the hamstring. Bayley then hits a hot shot onto the turnbuckles. Perez then wrings Bayley’s leg into the ring post a few times.

Perez then wraps the leg in the ropes. Perez then hits a running uppercut into the corner followed by a side Russian leg sweep. Perez then cinches in a step over toe hold. Bayley then hits a drop toe hold to escape. Perez then has a back heel kick blocked and Bayley hits a knee. Bayley then hits some clotheslines and a Thesz Press followed by some punches. Raquel Rodriguez then shows up at ringside. Bayley then gets Perez on her shoulders and hits a satellite side slam. Lyra then kicks Raquel and Liv sends Lyra over the announce desk.

Perez then hits a La Mistica and a handspring knee drop to the back of the neck for a near fall. Bayley then kicks Perez away and into the turnbuckles. Bayley then hits a sunset flip buckle bomb for a near fall. Liv then trips Bayley and she gets on the apron and tries to get into the ring. Perez then removes the turnbuckle pad and Bayley is sent into the pad. Perez then covers Bayley, but Raquel distracts the referee. Perez then yells at Raquel and Liv. Lyra then hits a cross body on Liv and Raquel. Bayley then hits a Saito suplex on Perez. Lyra then slaps Bayley and tries to motivate her. Bayley then loses it and she punches Perez and sends her into the turnbuckles with more punches. Bayley then hits a double knee strike in the corner. Bayley then hits an elbow drop off the turnbuckles for the win.

Michael Cole and Corey Graves then mention the championship matches announced for January 5th.

We then head to the back, where Bronson Reed is in the locker room and Austin Theory shows up and asks what is the plan. Reed then says this is the big leagues so to follow his lead. Theory then says he is not Reed’s kid and he will start the match and he can follows his lead.

We then see GUNTHER walking in the backstage area.

We then see The Judgment Day in the clubhouse and they are arguing. Roxanne then blames Raquel for what happened and Raquel yells at them for not helping her last week with Nikki. Liv then says they are just trying to help and they are a family and that is what a family does. Roxanne then says she wants to know what everyone is doing. Raquel then says she doesn’t need this. Raquel then says she has a title match to get ready for and she leaves.

GUNTHER then makes his way down to the ring. GUNTHER starts off by saying you shouldn’t be mad at him. GUNTHER then says you should be mad at the guy who tapped out like a little b***h. GUNTHER then prepares to leave the ring, but CM Punk’s music hits and Punk makes his way down to the ring. Punk then gets in GUNTHER’s face and we have a stare down. GUNTHER then smiles and laughs before he leaves the ring. GUNTHER then passes Rey Mysterio, who is coming to the ring because his match is next. They then share some words and GUNTHER chuckles as he goes to the back.

We then see GUNTHER walking in the back and he is happy. He then walks up to AJ Styles. AJ then asks if he doesn’t know when to shut up and GUNTHER says apparently he does not.

It is then announced that next week on RAW Stephanie Vaquer defends her Women’s World Title against Nikki Bella and Raquel Rodriguez in a Triple Threat Match and AJ Styles and Dragon Lee will defend their World Tag Team Titles against the Usos.

The Vision then make their way down to the ring for the main event of the night.

Tag Team Match: WWE World Heavyweight Champion “The Best In The World” CM Punk and WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio vs. The Vision (“The Tribal Thief” “Big” Bronson Reed and Austin Theory)

The match starts off with Theory and Rey and Theory hits some punches and some clotheslines on Rey after hitting some Irish whips. Theory then hits a back breaker for a near fall. Rey then hits a kick and Punk tags in. Punk then hits a forearm to the back and Rey and Punk hits some punches and kicks on Theory in the corner. Punk then hits an Irish whip and Theory hits an elbow out of the corner. Theory then hits more elbows. Punk then goes for the GTS, but Theory escapes and he goes to the apron and hits a slingshot rolling drop kick.

Reed then tags in and he head butts Punk and Irish whips Punk’s sternum first into the turnbuckles. Reed then hits an elbow drop and Theory tags in. Theory then hits a boot on Punk’s chest and he stomps on the hand. Theory then hits an elbow to the top of the head and he applies a reverse chin lock. Theory then cinches in a side head lock and he hits a take down. Theory then hits a clothesline and he has some words for Rey. Reed then tags in and he hits an elbow drop and a snap mare. Reed then works on the neck.

Reed then hits a head butt and some punches. Reed then hits a back senton for a near fall. Reed then cinches in a reverse chin lock. Reed then hits a forearm and a kick to the chest. Reed then stands on Punk’s back. Reed then hits a head butt. Punk then hits some punches, but Reed hits a slam. Reed then misses a back senton when Punk moves. Rey then tags in and he knocks Theory off the apron. Rey then hits some forearms on Reed, but he stands on his feet. Reed then catches Rey off the ropes and gets Rey on his shoulders. Rey then hits a sunset flip and Reed tries to block it with a seated splash, but Rey moves. Rey then hits a seated splash for a near fall. Reed then pushes Rey into the corner and Reed misses a splash. Theory then tags in and Rey hits a head scissors take down. Rey then hits a seated senton off the apron on Theory.

Theory then chokes Rey in the ropes. We then see Reed hit Rey from behind during the commercial break. Theory then chokes Rey in the ropes and Reed kicks Rey. Theory then hits a catapult into the bottom rope and Rey falls to the floor. Theory then sends Rey into the announce desk and back into the ring. Theory then hits a boot on Rey. Reed then tags in and he punches Rey in the midsection. Reed then hits an accordion slam and a splash for a near fall. Reed then goes for a delayed vertical suplex and he hits it. Theory then tags in and he kicks Rey.

Theory then kicks Rey and punches him. Rey then hits an enzuigiri and both men are down. Theory then stops Rey from making the tag and Theory hits a suplex and he gets a near fall. Theory then goes for a slam, but Rey escapes and he hits a bulldog. Punk then tags in and he punches Theory and hits a leg lariat. Punk then hits a running knee into the corner and follows it up with a second one. Punk then hits a bulldog on Theory and he signals for the GTS. Theory then hits some elbows to escape and Reed tags in. Punk then hits some clotheslines on Reed, but he does not move Reed. Reed then sends Punk into the corner and Punk hits a boot.

Punk then goes up top and hits a flying clothesline. Punk then gets a near fall. Rey then hits a head scissors on Reed and sends him into the ropes. Theory then tags in and he clotheslines Rey when Rey goes for the 619. Theory then knocks Punk off the apron. Rey then sends Theory into the ropes and he hits a 619 and a slingshot splash, but Reed breaks up the cover. Reed then hits an elbow on the floor on Rey. Punk then sends Reed into the announce desk with a suicide dive and they go over the ringside barrier. Rey then hits a kick on Theory and he goes up top. Theory then hits the ropes to crotch Rey and he hits a Curb Stomp for the win.

After the match, Punk goes after Theory but he gets out of the ring. Bron Breakker then tries to ambush Punk, but Punk stops him. Theory then goes after Punk, but Punk clotheslines Theory over the top rope. Punk then turns around and he is hit with a spear. Breakker then stands tall over Punk as the show comes to a close.
