WWE is officially stepping into the Upside Down.
Netflix has announced that the January 5th, 2026 episode of WWE RAW will be a special crossover with one of its biggest franchises ever: “Stranger Things.” The show will stream live only on Netflix at 8 PM ET / 5 PM PT—marking the first crossover of its kind between the world of pro wrestling and the hit supernatural series.
Netflix made the announcement via social media on December 24, teasing fans with the message:
“THE WWE GETS STRANGER. January 5 🙃 LIVE only on Netflix at 8 PM ET | 5 PM PT 👀”
The news was first reported by WrestleVotes, but now it’s official—and fans are already speculating how WWE will incorporate the iconic horror-sci-fi elements of Stranger Things into the live wrestling spectacle.
This crossover event arrives just days after Netflix drops Volume 2 (Episodes 5–7) of the Stranger Things final season on Christmas Day, December 25. Volume 1 (Episodes 1–4) premiered on November 26 and has sent all previous seasons back into the Netflix global top 10.
