“You’re Average!” Daniel Cormier Gives Nate Diaz A Harsh Reality Check In Fresh Rant

Former UFC double champion Daniel Cormier has fired back at Nate Diaz. Diaz had recently appeared in an interview with Theo Von, during which he took back-to-back digs at Daniel Cormier, Dustin Poirier, and Charles Oliveira.

Despite Cormier’s long list of UFC accomplishments, Diaz didn’t hold back in his assessment. The Stockton native claimed that while “DC” is a great wrestler, he can’t really fight.’ He also took a jab at Cormier for getting emotional after losses.

During the long rant, Diaz added that he got paid way more money than Cormier, despite not being a champion.

“W*f happened in your career then? Why are you an analyst now, Mr. Know-It-All?… This dude [Daniel Cormier] is boring as sh*t. I’ve never seen a single DC fight in my career, except when I was on the same card as him this one time. He was picking up the dude and walking around like he just owned him, and I looked back at the screen, and he was knocked out on his a*s. That’s the only DC fight I ever saw. And he wants to talk about what I should do and how I’m not a good fighter.”

“I am like, ‘Are you mad because you were the champion, and when I was nowhere near champion, I got paid way more money than you?…’ You are a great wrestler, DC, but you can’t fight for s**t. You’re a f*cking big ol’ p*ssy. Remember when he cried?”

Daniel Cormier hits back at “average” Nate Diaz

Responding to Nate Diaz’s recent remarks in a video uploaded to his YouTube channel, Daniel Cormier opined that Conor McGregor was the one who elevated Diaz’s profile in the sport and helped him earn more money.

After that, “DC” schooled Diaz by pointing out that the latter has 13 losses on his record and is, at best, an “average” fighter, while Cormier, a former UFC double champion and UFC Hall of Famer, has just three losses in his career and should never be compared to the Stockton native.

“I made the most money in my biggest fights. I fought Jon Jones, and that’s where I made the most money. Nate Diaz fought Conor McGregor… Conor McGregor elevated Nate Diaz. Let’s compare us. Jon Jones. Stipe Miocic. That’s it. Koji Oishi, Hermes Franca, Clay Guida, Joe Stevenson, Gray Maynard, Rory MacDonald, Benson Henderson, Josh Thomson, [Rafael] dos Anjos, Conor McGregor, [Jorge] Masvidal, Leon Edwards. That’s 13 times. That’s 13 times to 13 people.”

“It is hard for me to fathom losing to 13 people in the sport that you chose… That’s what I keep telling you, Nathan. We are different people… Somebody has to check him. At this point, he might need a handler… I cried because losing to me was like death… The reality is you are average. You have always been.”
