As we all know that Yuvraj Singh has already announced his retirement in 2019 forms of cricket. And since then the former Indian Player is focusing on playing the foreign leagues. But, Yuvi has surprised everybody by his decision to play again for punjab and he also cleared that he is ready to come out of his retirement.Â
The major reason behind this decision was to help the youngsters and the Punjab Cricket Association (PCA). According to the reports the current PCA secretary Puneeth Baali requested Yuvraj to play the domestic cricket for Punjab. And finally the left hander agreed to play again. He revealed that he wants to inspire and help the upcoming players of punjab that’s why he is ready to sacrifice his foreign leagues. All eyes is on BCCI now as they hold the final decision. Punjab has produced great match winners like Harbhajan Singh, VRV Singh, Mandeep Singh, Dinesh Mongia and many more. A lot of young talent is playing from PCA and some of them had already made big headlines due to their potential talent. Shubhman Gill is one of the big names. And yuvi don’t want them to struggle, thus he decided to take groom these players so that they can be a great match winner for Indian Team in the coming years.Â
Few weeks before a news went viral all over social media that yuvi is going to play the upcoming Big Bash League (BBL). But this news has proved that yuvi will not play foreign leagues for some time as he wants to completely focus on the domestic Punjab Team.
