LAS VEGAS, Nevada — The fourth event from the new boxing promotion Zuffa Boxing took place on March 8, 2026, at the Meta APEX in Las Vegas, streaming live on Paramount+. The card was headlined by a cruiserweight clash between undefeated Australian star Jai Opetaia and hard-hitting American Brandon Glanton, with the inaugural Zuffa Boxing Cruiserweight Championship on the line.
Opetaia delivered a dominant performance over 12 rounds, controlling the fight with superior footwork, accuracy, and ring IQ to earn a unanimous decision victory and become the first champion in Zuffa Boxing history. Judges scored the bout 119-106 on all three scorecards.
Despite point deductions for clinching and a physical contest that saw Glanton penalized for fouls, Opetaia’s offense proved too much as he repeatedly landed clean combinations and nearly finished the fight late. The victory improved Opetaia’s undefeated record and strengthened his claim as one of the top cruiserweights in the world.
Elsewhere on the card, several rising prospects made statements. Welterweight contender Ricardo Salas stopped Jesus Saracho with an eighth-round TKO, while Vlad Panin secured a ninth-round stoppage against Shinard Bunch in another welterweight contest.
