The vacant welterweight title was on the line when Rony Paradeiser faced off against Kaik Brito at Oktagon 84 on Saturday.
Slovakia’s Paradeiser was looking to claim a second title in the promotion, after the former lightweight champ made the move up to 170lbs last year. Brito, himself a former champ, was looking to reclaim his old title, which he vacated prior to a failed shot on the Contender Series in 2023.
In the co-main event, former welterweight champ David Kozama looked to snap a three-fight skid when he took on Jozef Wittner, a PFL alum returning to the promotion for the first time since Oktagon 18 in 2020.
