Women’s

McKenna Snively

Snively had a career-defining performance at Salisbury on Wednesday night, scoring 30 points on 10-of-13 shooting from the floor including an 8-of-9 effort from the three-point line. She made two more three-pointers in a blowout of Regent and finished the week shooting 83% from deep.

 

Emma Shinney

Shinney led the Gulls to a wild second half comeback at UNE as part of a 2-0 week. After trailing by as much as 16 points in the first half, Shinney finished with her third triple-double of the season (16 points, 17 rebounds, 11 assists, and four steals) in the 73-67 victory.  Then, on Saturday, she finished with a game-high 19 points while also picking up nine rebounds, seven assists, three steals, and a block in a 62-54 win over Hartford.

 

Aleena Dinker

Dinker averaged 18 points and six assists in a 1-1 week for Carnegie Mellon with a big win over WashU on Friday before falling by six points at Chicago on Sunday. Dinker led the Tartans to a season sweep of WashU for the second time in two years with a career-best 29 points on 56% shooting from the floor and a career-best five made three-pointers. She also dished out five assists in the game and had two steals. Against Chicago, Dinker tallied seven points and a career-best seven assists.

 

Maya Metcalf

Metcalf averaged 25 points, eight rebounds, four assists, three blocks, and two steals in Concordia’s two wins last week. She score 32 points in the Cobbers’ win over St. Catherine, just the tenth player to top 30 in school history. For the week, Metcalf shot 60% from the floor and 57% from 3-point range.    

 

Kathleen Smith

Kathleen Smith averaged 22 points and 16 rebounds in two NESCAC road wins last week, shooting 64% from the field. She finished with a career-high 30 points and tied a personal-best 19 rebounds at Hamilton, followed by 14 points and 13 rebounds at Amherst.

 

 

Men’s

Kolden Vanlandingham

Vanlandingham shot 58% from the floor, 46% from three, and 90% from the FT in two huge conference wins this week over Augustana and Wheaton.  He averaged 26 points, six rebounds and five assists.  Vanlandingham hit the game winning shot in both games, which North Park won by a combined five points.

 

Alex McCleery Brown

McCleery Brown had a stellar week for the Tigers as he led Oxy to a win over No. 16 Redlands and fell just short against No. 9 Claremont-Mudd-Scripps. He averaged 25 points and 14 rebounds from the guard position, helping Occidental get off to a fast start against Redlands. McCleery Brown shot 56% from the field on the week and totaled five steals.

 

Marquis Ratcliff

Ratcliff helped the Greyhounds to a 2-0 week as he averaged 28 points and 10 rebounds per game while becoming Moravian’s all-time leading scorer. He shot 20-of-38 from the field, 12-for-17 on three-pointers and 3-for-7 at the foul line to go with 10 blocked shots, five assists and three steals while playing 77 of 80 minutes for the week. Ratcliff had 27 points, 10 rebounds, six blocked shots, two assists, and two steals in an 84-73 win over Goucher, then netted 28 points to go with 10 rebounds  in a 79-71 victory versus Lycoming. 

 

Aaron Coston

Coston posted scoring career highs on back-to-back days as Cortland won a pair of road games to clinch the SUNYAC regular-season title for the first time since 2013. In an 86-63 win at Canton on Friday, Coston made 11-of-14 field goals, including all three of his 3-pointers, and finished with 29 points and six rebounds. The following day, at second-place Oswego, Coston scored 32 points and pulled down 14 rebounds, one shy of his career best, in a 65-58 win over the Lakers. He shot 83% from the floor on the week.

 

Logan Landers

Landers started the week with 34 points, 12 rebounds, and five assists at Illinois Tech and followed that up with 34 points, 16 rebounds, and six assists against Lakeland, both conference wins for Concordia (Wis.). He shot 75% from the floor on the week and made two of three from deep.
