Ryan Gandra delivered a memorable debut at UFC Mexico, scoring a brutal TKO over José Medina less than a minute into their featured prelim bout.
Gandra came out swinging from the get-go, backing up Medina against the fence. Swarming Medina with a flurry of hooks, a short left catches Medina on the chin, sending him face-first to the canvas.
Medina quickly recovered, but by then, it was too late. The referee had already stepped in after recognizing that Medina was clearly out.

Official Result: Ryan Gandra def. José Medina via TKO (strikes) at 0:41 of Round 1.
With the win, ‘Problema’ improves his overall record to 9-1, including a first-round knockout against Trent Miller on Dana White’s Contender Series last year.
