Since Mark Woods has been ruled out due to q thigh strain. Leicestershire’s star pace bowler Josh Hull has been included in in England’s squad for the remaining two Tests against Sri Lanka.
Josh hull is considered to be one of the most exciting players with lot of talent in county cricket. Though he has a a modest first-class record with 16 wickets averaging on 62.75, his height of 6ft 7in has been a game changing asset.
Mark Wood became uncertain after he suddenly pulled up an abrupt 11th over of Sri Lanka’s 2nd inning on Friday evening. When scanned, it came out that he had a muscle strain in his right thigh. Though this was unfortunate, but still compared to a tear, is still a good thing. Since they have a busy schedule ahead, a strain is more manageable injury.
