Defending champions Menengai Oilers RFC will host Nondescripts RFC at ASK Showground, Nakuru, with kickoff set for 2:00 p.m.

Oilers booked a direct home semi-final after finishing top of the table in the Western Region, their only loss in the regular season coming against Kabras Sugar RFC.
Nondescripts, on the other hand, finished second in the Eastern Region standings to secure their place in the last four.
In Nairobi, KCB Rugby will take on Kabras Sugar RFC at KCB Sports Club, Ruaraka, with kickoff scheduled for 2:00 p.m.
