Course Record falls to Logan as Morag celebrates hat-trick
Silverknowes by the seaside is the next stop for our Lindsays Road Race Series for 2026.
Friday night excitement is assured in Edinburgh as the Sri Chinmoy race hosts our Lindsays Scottish 5k Champs.
It is always one of the most eagerly-awaited events on the calendar as 700 athletes prepare to do battle for medals, places and Personal Best performances.
The flat course at Silverknowes on the Forth coastline regularly delivers fast times and it is great to see a large number of clubs represented in strong fields.
Please note travel and parking issues (some details further down this article) ahead of 7.30pm race start on Friday.
At this stage we say a big thank you in advance to event organiser, Adrian Stott, and all the team involved as well as series sponsors, Lindsays, and the Road Running and Cross Country Commission.
We aim to capture the special Silverknowes atmosphere via coverage across our social media platforms on Friday evening and later into the weekend. Join the conversation via #LindsaysRoad.
Friday’s event is also part of our Road Race Grand Prix (latest table after three rounds coming soon).
