Arsenal can take a huge step towards the Premier League title by beating West Ham United on Sunday.

The Gunners sit five points clear at the top of the table at present, although Manchester City do have a game-in-hand over their title rivals.

Mikel Arteta will be desperate to see his side pick up all three points against the Hammers, who look set to be relegated to the Championship.

Ahead of the game, though, it has emerged that Arsenal could be willing to sell one of their young stars, who is of interest to a fierce rival.

As per CaughtOffside, Chelsea are interested in Ethan Nwaneri, and the Gunners could be willing to allow the player to leave The Emirates permanently this summer.

Nwaneri, 19, is currently on loan at French top flight side Marseille, having moved to France in January after struggling to feature regularly for Arsenal during the first half of the season.

The teenager has scored twice and provided one assist in 11 games for Marseille across all competitions so far.

Previously Arsenal had been reluctant to allow Nwaneri to leave the club permanently, but the report claims that the north London side may have changed their stance.

Nwaneri has made more than 50 appearances for Arsenal having graduated through the club’s academy, and he became the first 15-year-old to feature in the competition when he made his debut.

German giants Borussia Dortmund are also said to be interested in the Englishman, while Italian outfits AC Milan and Juventus are also credited with an interest.

Chelsea have previously considered a move for the attacker and the report suggests that the Blues could revisit the situation.

It is claimed that the Gunners could consider selling Nwaneri if an offer in the region of £35-40 million was tabled.
