Bike Mechanic

We are looking for a new mechanic to join our friendly team! The Bristol Bike Project is a member-led co-operative repairing and rehoming bicycles within our community. We aim to help people from all walks of life get out on two wheels and for it to be an inclusive and empowering experience. We have been running a successful bike shop for 15 years, in order to support our range of community programmes.

Key activities include undertaking the servicing and repair of bicycles for the general public and refurbishing donated bicycles for sale. You will book jobs, discuss the work carried out and report back to customers. There are three roles that you will undertake, in rotation with the rest of the team: front desk (including minor repairs), full services and building bikes for sale.

Main duties for this role include refurbishing donated bikes for sale. Booking in and undertaking repair and servicing work. Dealing with customer queries in person, by email and by phone. Booking in community sessions. Handling customer transactions. Ordering and replenishing stock as necessary. Photographing and uploading sale bike advertisements on social media. Ensuring the shop area is kept organised and clean. Running and compiling end of day till/card machine reports and banking cash as required. Attending shop team meetings. Be proactive in collaboratively running the shop (including dealing with waste, deliveries and trades people). Participating in our development review process. Actively participating in the running of the co-operative is encouraged but membership is optional. Occasional other cleaning. Optional occasional Dr Bike sessions. Optional tutoring of bike maintenance courses. Optional covering of community project sessions.

We are currently seeking a friendly, detail minded Bicycle Mechanic. The role covers diagnostics (incl. extended M-check), repairs/builds across folding/road/MTB/cargo/high-end. Road-tests and quality control before handover, clear customer communication, and support with parts/workflow.

Requirements for this role include having a people-first, inclusive approach; withstrong attention to detail. Having a learning mindset and being a team player. Solid workshop experience; FOH a plus. Brand/component knowledge; confident problem-solver

Commercial Sales Manager & Business Development

Stashed Products is a UK based company that designs and manufactures premium bike and gear storage systems, best known for its innovative “SpaceRail” sliding bike storage range. The business has grown rapidly over the last few years from humble beginnings to a small but strong team based in mid-Wales, being featured on BBC’s Dragon Den and winning a King’s Award for Innovation in 2025.

As Commercial Sales Manager, you’ll lead our retail and distributor development — with a focus on proactive outreach, partner success, and scalable global growth.

The Commercial Sales Manager leads outbound sales efforts and manages our growing retail and distributor network. You’ll be responsible for securing new accounts, managing sales pipelines, and ensuring our partners are equipped for success. You’ll also support operational tasks such as forecasting, pricing strategy, and coordinating with marketing to align campaigns across B2B channels, whilst leading a small sales team to hit targets for trade, commercial, retail and distribution sales. This role requires the individual to take ownership of revenue generation for Stashed.

Aftersales Support Executive

Established 15 years ago with our own retail stores in Australia, Reid Bikes has grown into a rapidly expanding global brand. Today, we sell into over 30 countries and partner with large-scale distributors in key markets around the world. We supply both our acclaimed Reid branded products and act as a trusted private label manufacturer. As our business continues its rapid growth and we look to further expand across international markets, we are seeking a dedicated After-Sales Support Executive to join our UK Head Office.

Based out of our Poole, UK headquarters, you will work under the Head of Aftersales, Quality and Compliance to serve as the primary point of contact for our distributors and private label partners, primarily focused on the UK, European, and North American markets.

We are looking for a proactive, technically minded professional with experience in the UK bicycle industry. In this support role, you will champion our after-sales service, manage on-site stock and spare parts logistics, create vital technical resources for our clients, channel product feedback to ensure our bikes remain reliable, and provide secondary technical support for our marketing initiatives.

Every Pashley bicycle is manufactured  from raw tubes into a beautiful hand-crafted bicycle in their workshop. With the  continued growth in Pashley’s new product ranges, the business is looking for an  experienced bicycle mechanic to be a key member of their production team.

Key responsibilities for this role include bicycle assembly to include the new consumer product ranges, classics and  cargo models. Working on special projects and custom builds. Bicycle diagnosis, repair and maintenance work. Workshop management, managing inventory etc. Customer service, offering technical advice. Assisting the product development team with technical information and  support. Support with marketing content when required.
