Itauma, 14-0 (12 KOs), is widely regarded as the future division leader. The southpaw, in March, thrashed Jermaine Franklin in five rounds and a July 25 date at London’s O2 Arena was then pencilled in for his next fight. But with Anthony Joshua subsequently annoucing he’d be fighting in Saudi Arabia on that day, it has since been reported that Itauma will instead do battle on August 8. It is now believed that the contest will occur in Manchester.
