Netflix has unveiled the official trailer for RAFA, the new documentary series about Rafael Nadal, premiering globally on May 29. Produced by Skydance Sports, RAFA offers unprecedented access to one of the most admired athletes of all time: a 22-time Grand Slam champion, 14-time Roland Garros champion, and a figure who redefined the meaning of competitiveness in global sport.
The series explores not only the defining moments of Nadal’s career, but also the invisible effort that sustained the champion for more than two decades.
Across four episodes, the series follows Nadal and the team that stood by his side throughout the years, revealing the level of dedication, sacrifice, and resilience required to remain at the top. Emmy Award winner and Oscar nominee Zach Heinzerling (Stolen Youth, Cutie and the Boxer, McCartney 3,2,1) directs the series, which is produced by David Ellison, Jesse Sisgold, Jason Reed, and Jon Weinbach for Skydance Sports.
