Mike Bailey clearly didn’t take Kevin Knight’s actions well after AEW Double or Nothing, and his latest vlog made that very obvious.
After Kevin Knight turned on Darby Allin following the AEW World Title match, Bailey uploaded a new vlog to his YouTube channel showing his reaction to the main event and the aftermath. The video captured Bailey watching Knight’s shocking heel turn unfold, and he looked devastated by what he had just seen.
Bailey didn’t need a long explanation to get his feelings across. After watching Knight flip Darby’s stretcher and leave him in even worse shape, Bailey reacted with one word: “F***!”
The video then cut to Bailey inside his car with his wife, Veda Scott. Bailey was still clearly shaken by what happened, and he repeated the same reaction again: “F***!” Veda Scott then weighed in, making it clear that the fallout from Double or Nothing is far from over.
“Okay, you see all you saw what happened after the match. So, Wednesday going to be interesting.”
Bailey closed the video by yelling one more time, leaving no doubt about where his head was after Knight’s betrayal: “F*****!” The reaction came after Knight posted his own cryptic message on Twitter following Double or Nothing. Instead of explaining why he turned on Darby Allin, Knight kept things short and wrote only three dots.
Knight’s heel turn happened after Darby Allin defended the AEW World Title against MJF in a title versus hair match at Louis Armstrong Stadium. MJF won the match to begin his third reign as AEW World Champion, but the post-match chaos became one of the biggest talking points of the night.
As Darby was being carted out on a stretcher, Knight appeared near the entrance area. At first, it looked like he may have been checking on his friend, but he suddenly turned the stretcher over instead.
The moment even stunned MJF, who stood on the entrance ramp with his mouth open after watching Knight attack Darby. Knight had also given Darby a pep talk before the match, which now makes the betrayal look even more calculated.
Bailey’s reaction now gives AEW another thread to pull heading into Wednesday. With Veda Scott teasing that things will be “interesting,” all eyes are on how Bailey responds to his partner’s actions and whether Darby Allin will be in any condition to fire back. Kevin Knight may not be explaining himself yet, but Mike Bailey’s vlog made it clear that the fallout from Double or Nothing is just getting started.
