Assistant Manager: Specialized Concept Store in Ruislip

Qualified Mechanic: Leisure Lakes Bikes, Daventry

We are seeking proactive, hard-working, computer-literate individuals with a passion for bikes to join our team.

Candidates must have good technical and mechanical knowledge, with experience in bike maintenance, E-bike diagnostics and servicing in a busy environment. The ideal experienced mechanic will be conscientious, dedicated, and appreciate quality and attention to detail. You must have the ability to problem-solve and work independently.

General IT competency is required for using our team’s computer program and database to manage the diary/workload.

Qualification to Cytech level 2 or 3 plus Ebike diagnostics experience is preferred.


eBike PDI Technician (Junior): Fully Charged London Bridge

We’re looking for a capable eBike PDI Technician to join our flagship London Bridge workshop.

This role is suited to someone with solid workshop experience who’s ready to step into a more structured, premium environment. You’ll be responsible for building and preparing bikes to a consistently high standard, while continuing to develop your technical skills in eBike systems.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years workshop experience (bike or similar mechanical role)
  • Strong mechanical ability and attention to detail
  • Interest in eBike systems and willingness to learn diagnostics
  • Reliable, organised and able to work at pace
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset

Bike Mechanic: BikePark Wales

An exciting, rare opportunity has arisen for a skilled mechanic to join our amazing team, working in a dual capacity, not only on our high-quality Trek hire fleet but also working with our specialist workshop team on customer bikes. This work will range from simple repairs to highly specialised work. You will gain extensive experience and knowledge working with both our fleet and our highly renowned team.

The successful candidate will be a fun, engaging individual who is organised, experienced and great with people. The candidate must be qualified to a minimum Cytech Level 2, with previous experience in a role within a workshop environment. An eye for detail, an ability to analyse, report on and react to any issues, as well as an ability to bring structure and efficiency to the team, are all desirable qualities in the ideal candidate.


Altura Brand Promoter

To further build Altura’s position in the UK cycling market, we are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Brand Promoter to join our Own Brand team.

Reporting to the Head of Own Brand, working predominantly in the field, the role centres around strengthening brand relationships with key dealers, supporting in-store activity, staff training and ensuring best-in-class product presentation.

The Brand Promoter will also be involved in consumer and trade events, showcasing current and forthcoming products in the Altura collection.

Regular visits to HQ in Darlington will be required to engage with the Own Brand development team, learning about the product and contributing to future ranges.
