The UK Ice Hockey Foundation, in partnership with Ice Hockey UK, is delighted to announce that Kenny Rausch, VP of Client Relationships at RinkNet, will join the speaker line-up at the Hockey Development Summit 2026.
Kenny brings over two decades of elite hockey development experience to the Summit.
He spent 12 years as Director of Youth Hockey at USA Hockey, overseeing the national youth department and programmes, the Youth and High School National Championships and all Boys’ National Player Development Camps.
During that time, he served as General Manager of the US Under-17 team at the Five Nations Tournament and played a key role in coordinating the Under-18 Select Team at the Hlinka Gretzky Cup.
A highly-respected coach at every level of the game, Kenny has worked with some of North America’s most prestigious programmes, including Boston University where he helped the Terriers win both the Beanpot and Hockey East titles in his first year behind the bench.
At the University of Massachusetts Lowell, he recruited a Hobey Baker finalist, a Hockey East Rookie of the Year and multiple All-Americans over seven seasons.
He also served as Assistant Coach at Babson College, helping lead the Beavers to the 2009 ECAC East Championship.
Now at RinkNet, Kenny works at the intersection of technology and player development, supporting organisations across North America in how they identify, track and develop talent.
We welcome Kenny to the Hockey Development Summit 2026 guest speaker line-up.
Tickets for the Summit (26th–28th June 2026), which will bring together Club Chairs, Head Coaches and senior stakeholders from the UK’s youth hockey system, can be found here: https://ukihf.org/event/summit.
