The Bucs have been going through their most grueling offseason program in years as they’ve worked hard during each practice.

There’s been a big emphasis on injury prevention this year as Tampa Bay had many players suffer injuries last season. And while some injuries are unavoidable, the Bucs are focusing on things they can control, such as hamstring tightness and other muscles to get the best out of the team.
Bucs starting center Graham Barton appeared on the Pewter Report Podcast and talked about what he’s been working on going into this year, and gave some specifics of Tampa Bay’s program with Wade calling the shots.

The Bucs have a fresh mentality this year led by Todd Bowles and company. They’re getting better as a team by putting in the work that’ll hopefully pay off when the season comes in the later months.
