Chelsea are willing to sell two left wing options at the right price to make new additions, according to Ben Jacobs.

As well as a central defender and a central midfielder, a left sided attacker looks like it will be on Chelsea’s priority list for a summer transfer.
That’s in part because Jamie Gittens and Alejandro Garnacho, last summer’s additions in that area, worked out so poorly. Gittens was barely ever fit, while Garnacho played a fair amount and consistently disappointed.
Garnacho unlikely to sell even at £40m
Signing a new player there probably means moving on one of the existing options, as Ben Jacobs explained.
“We should keep an eye on Garnacho in particular, because even though I think it’s fair to say to Chelsea’s position is that they’re not transfer listing him or saying it’s not worked or thinking that they can break even or better and they want to keep him… But is he untouchable at the right number? I’m not so sure.”
We’re not sure what that price would be – we paid £40m for him a year ago, and we think if we got an offer of that much right now the club would take it.
The problem is, after a poor year, they’re not going to get that offer.

Chelsea would consider selling Malo Gusto, but right now they’re pricing themselves out of a deal with an unrealistic asking price.
