Adam Azim looks to step closer to a maiden world title shot when he faces former title challenger, Steve Claggett in Wembley on Saturday.
Azim (14-0, 11 KOs) clashes with Claggett (40-8-2, 28 KOs) at the OVO Arena.
Azim is undefeated in 14 professional bouts and ranked in the top 10 by three governing bodies.
‘The Assassin’ stopped Kurt Scoby in the final round to take the vacant WBO Intercontinental title in November.
The 24-year-old was supposed to have fought Gustavo Lemos in January, but their fight was cancelled after both men suffered injuries.
Claggett has challenged once for world honours, losing comfortably to Teofimo Lopez almost two years ago.
The 36-year-old Canadian has won two on the bounce since, his last a second round stoppage over Alejandro Frias Rodriguez in March.
