Notice of Motion 1

My Notice of Motion is to amend 13.1 of the Club Constitution to remove the requirement that the Minutes of the GPC must be read out at the start of the next meeting.

 

 

Existing

 

  1. Meetings of the General Purpose Committee

13.1. The GPC shall meet no less than 6 times during the calendar year at such times as notified by the Honorary Secretary. Minutes of each meeting shall be kept by the Hon. Secretary and be read at the next meeting.
