Following Asuka and IYO SKY’s emotional match at WWE Backlash 2026, more WWE stars continue to show support for The Empress of Tomorrow.
At WWE Backlash 2026, IYO SKY defeated Asuka in a highly competitive singles match. After the bout, the two shared an embrace, leading to speculation from fans about Asuka’s future in WWE. Several wrestlers later paid tribute to her online, while Big E. also discussed Asuka’s status during the post-show.
Now, AJ Styles has weighed in as well. Taking to social media, Styles praised Asuka and made it clear that he believes her legacy in WWE is already secure. He wrote,
“I don’t know the facts, but I know @wwe_asuka will be a Hall of Famer.”
Asuka is widely regarded as one of the most accomplished women in WWE history, with accolades that include multiple World Championship reigns, Royal Rumble and Money in the Bank victories, and an undefeated streak that defined much of her early WWE run.
