As previously reported, The Vision lost another member to injury on RAW this past Monday night. It was announced that Logan Paul would be out for several months due to a tricep injury he sustained at the Saturday Night’s Main Event special the weekend before. Austin Theory and Paul successfully retained the World Tag Team Championship against The Street Profits (Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins) during that event.
On RAW, a visibly dejected Theory approached WWE Hall of Famer Paul Heyman to seemingly hand over the championship belt, expressing uncertainty about what to do with the title in the absence of his partner. Heyman informed Theory that when he and Logan won the tag team titles, the contract specified The Vision defending the title as a group rather than under individual names. With Bronson Reed also sidelined due to injury, Bron Breakker is currently the only available replacement.
According to Dave Meltzer in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Theory and Breakker are recognized as the World Tag Team Champions “for now.” However, Meltzer noted that more members, in addition to Maxxine Dupri—who has been heavily hinted at for joining the group in recent weeks—are likely to be added to The Vision. While he did not disclose any potential candidates, Meltzer mentioned that discussions about expanding the heel stable had begun before Paul’s injury.
