Wrexham travel to St. Andrew’s to face Birmingham City following a disappointing 5-1 defeat against Southampton.
Phil Parkinson’s squad missed a vital opportunity to move four points clear of the Saints in the Championship table after being dominated from the opening kickoff, and they now face a situation where they must rely on other teams to slip up if they are to climb back into the top six.
They face a Birmingham side that has also struggled lately, going winless in four matches with three consecutive losses, while their home form is equally poor with just one win in their last six at St Andrew’s.
Birmingham City vs Wrexham Expected Lineups
Several adjustments to Birmingham’s starting lineup are expected from manager Chris Davies, starting with Tomoki Iwata stepping in for the injured Paik Seung-Ho.
In defense, Ethan Laird is likely to get the nod over Jonathan Panzo at left-back, while Marvin Ducksch is in contention to return to the forward line.

Parkinson, too, may be inclined to make changes after the loss to Southampton. Zak Vyner could step in for Nathan Broadhead, but Kieffer Moore is expected to keep his spot.
Wrexham will also be without Ben Sheaf, Liberato Cacace, and Aaron James.
